Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Piazza Roncas and Piazza della Cattedrale, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the train station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with children).

Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
