Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Fully renovated flat, in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes walk from Acropolis and Philopappos Hill. The apartment can accommodate comfortably 2 people. Relax by the sea. Cavos beachfront studios are located on the north west side of Agistri island, on a quiet spot, with crystal clear water sea and pebbles. Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.

The House at the Centre

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The house's original style was maintained and enhanced with contemporary decorative ideas, resulting in a simple and comfortable yet luxurious outcome.
