We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

It was a great stay at the Sant'Angelica house! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry friends, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the ground is sloping, it did not create difficulties for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts, Chiara and Sauro, are incredibly friendly and communicative. Our trip started off perfectly with a warm welcome on a central square, from where they guided us to the house and gave us a tour. The house itself was spotless and perfectly located. One of the highlights was the pool—especially great that it was heated during the early season. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with mountains, beautiful countryside, and even the sea just over half an hour away. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Chiara and Sauro were there to help. We’ve rarely met such warm and genuine hosts. Highly recommended!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). I often go to Trevi, a village certainly among the most beautiful in Italy, and I have never felt as good as Alessandro. His apartment is on the main square of the village, very easy to reach even for those with reduced mobility. The apartment has been recently renovated, it is equipped with everything you need for a short stay, it is functional and very clean. But above all, Alessandro was very kind to us, ready to help us and understand and meet our needs. When we return to Trevi, we will book with him in the hope that his apartment is free. Therefore, I would recommend Alessandro's house to those who want to discover the Umbrian green...

Great host, very responsive and helpful.

I stayed at Bettina's for 10 days with my little dog Rita, an English setter. Rita had a great time, she had plenty of room to run and explore. I also worked very well from there, the house is nicer than it looks in the photos, everything works well and the place is cozy. Bettina was friendly and didn't hesitate to lend me an onion and two slices of bread when I found myself with few ingredients for dinner. Highly recommended

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. Very nice quality renovations and decor, soundproofed windows and a beautiful terrace where you can eat and cook thanks to the BBQ provided. The outdoor pool is useful for a piavecole stop on your way back from the beach. Free beach that can be reached on foot and 300 meters away. Apochi meters away if you want there are also equipped beaches. Strategic location to reach the village of Colonnella, a 15-minute drive from where you can enjoy a beautiful view from above. YOU'RE ALL SET !
