Tutto perfetto! L'esperienza è stata bellissima, la casa e l'area circostante sono ancora più belle dal vivo di quanto mi aspettassi, dentro c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ma soprattutto gli host sono stati impeccabili dal primo momento all'ultimo. Velocissimi nelle risposte, proattivi, disponibilissimi, gentilissimi e molto pazienti nonostante il nostro grande ritardo sull'orario che avevamo richiesto per il check-in. Non potrei consigliarlo di più.

The accommodation is in a converted granary, which has been beautifully restored. Bedroom and bathroom are simple but functional; the photos don't do the living space justice. It is a peaceful setting in leafy grounds. Pool was closed for the season during our stay but there is a pretty courtyard area which is a sun trap. We loved being able to walk (uphill on a rough track, about 20 minutes) into Trevi for drinks at Bar Roma and excellent food at the handful of restaurants in the hill town. Bring a decent torch if walking up and down after dark! Giuseppe was a charming and helpful host who gave us lots of advice and recommendations for eating out and excursions. We borrowed bikes and cycled to Bevagna along a former rail line for lunch (about an hour each way, flat). Trevi is a perfect base for visiting Umbria. Mosquito screens would have been appreciated in the bedroom but otherwise hard to find fault.

Great place if you want to get away from it all but at the same time close to many lovely villages and sightseeing spots. We were received with the best lasagna we ever had and a refreshing Grechetto wine. Francesco gave us great recommendations for where to go, what to see, where to eat. We definitively recommend Casa dell’Arco as an ideal place to stay when visiting Umbria.

alloggio come da descrizione,comodissimo sia per spostarsi nei nei dintorni e visitare borghi bellissimi, sia come comodità nella casa. Sono tutte casette indipendenti, tutte dotate di letti comodi, bagno e angolo cottura, tutto bene pulito. Host molto gentile che dà anche ottimi consigli sui dintorni e dove mangiare. Anche i nostri 2 cagnolini si sono trovati benissimo! Grazie di tutto e torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo visitare altri luoghi nei dintorni!

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

This was by far the best experience on our whole trip from Pisa to Rome! It's unique and right in the heart of the historic center of Spoleto. Ilaria is super professional, and also a very kind, generous person. She told us all about her city, which was very interesting, and was always available and ready to help with any questions. She made our stay that much more comfortable. The apartment is located in a historic building, and it has an incredible atmosphere that really immerses you in the city's history. Inside, everything is nicely arranged and convenient, with old character but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of an authentic Italian town. I highly recommend Ilaria's apartment to anyone visiting Spoleto!

Ci siamo stati per il ponte dei santi in famiglia, appartamento bello grande e arredamento nuovo ! Come foto! Bel panorama in un contesto tranquillo, comodo per visitare i borghi , Recanati e Loreto! Parcheggio nel cortile di casa!

Lapedona è un gioiello artistico e paesaggistico! Si entra in una dimensione di tranquillità. La casa è molto carratteristica, ristrutturata con gusto e pulitissima. Il paese offre un'atmosfera unica, grande panorama, vicino a mare, collina e arte. Da tornarci. Host Andrea gentile e disponibile.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto piacevoli in questa casa. La posizione è ottima, con un panorama davvero bello e rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben curata. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro, magari prendendoci ancora più tempo per apprezzare questi posti davvero belli.

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We had a fantastic stay in Lucia's place in Castelfidardo. The apartment is stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The garden was a real highlight, with amazing views of the hills. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, close to Ancona and great for exploring the area either by car or bike. Lucia and her parents are wonderful hosts, super friendly and always reachable with helpful tips. A very nice experience which we highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Der Ausblick ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern... wirklich traumhaft! Mit dem Auto sind es 10min zum Meer. 🌊 Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Doppelhängesessel auf der Terasse war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, da wie nicht damit gerechnet hatten. Unser Gastgeber Leonardo war von Beginn an, bis zur Abreise immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden in der Nähe bekommen. Insgesamt fanden wir die Unterkunft gemütlich und privat. Wir würden wiederkommen. 🏖🏡

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Helt vidunderligt ophold. Vi var to familier afsted med to børn hver. Boligen var perfekt til os. Huset ligger idyllisk med en meget smuk udsigt. Hele boligen er ren, komfortable vi følte os straks hjemme. Værterne Debby og Thomas er meget hjælpsomme. Debby tilbød at booke bord til os på restauranter, det var en ekstra god service, som gjorde vores ophold nemt.
