The best address on the Bosphorus

Murat bey’s place was exactly as depicted on the listing, if not more. It was very clean, secluded from the city buzz, and close to main attractions in Etiler, Arnavutköy and Bebek. The views are wonderful, house has everything you need. Private parking spot makes a great difference in Istanbul. Murat bey was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the flat. It is very private and cozy. We were 4 adults and a 3 years old boy, we were very comfortable and had enough space for everyone. The flat is very warm in winter, kitchen has everything you might need, there are some supermarkets walking distance and the view on Bosporus is just amazing! Binnur was very hospitable, kind and helpful. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to everyone

Мы были на небольшом корпоративном выезде и жилье идеально подошло для нашей группы. По две комнаты на этаже, односпальные и двуспальные кровати, душ в каждом номере и кухня/гостиная для совместного времени. Все остались довольны 👍

The location is top - super walkable to galata tower and a lot of restaurants around! We rented triplex with a group of friends - was super cozy feeling just to go downstairs/ upstairs to see each other. Everything was clean felt like a hotel level. I have a very big compliment to Burcu! The way she communicates - proactive, responsive, helpful! I ve never experienced such a professional approach from the host! Thanks a lot!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and Alma’s team to anyone visiting Istanbul

We stayed in Ilker house for a month. We enjoyed every minutes of our stay. The house is in a very peaceful investment, with a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and never the less to the beautiful water line of Bosphoruse and Bebek exclusive area. The cozy garden in the front is a place were you can enjoy your meal outside. The partial view of the Bosphoruse, The Bousphoruse Bridge and the asian side of Istanbul makes the house even more charming. Ilker is a very nice host who cares about his guests and makes sure that nothing is missing. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Me and family feel that we had a firend as our host. We realy felt ourself like home. Thank you again Ilker for beeing such a nice and caring host. We will definitely choose your beautiful home for our next stay.

Lovely people, and the house is located in a lovely relaxed, bustling, village-like neighborhood. Asumn and Süleyman are very warm, welcoming, and flexible hosts. The bedroom is large, comfortable, and has a good bed and good window light. The bathroom is cramped, but is very clean. The house is old, and has old plumbing. If you don’t come from a culture where washing after using the toilet is the norm, know that no paper can be flushed. If you don’t know how to use a toilet with a wash nozzle, do some research so it won’t seem strange to you. Süleyman speaks some English, but Asumn very little. We used Google Translate in both directions to have our pleasant conversations. It’s a short walk through a lively neighborhood of cafes and restaurants to reach a well-served bus stop, and then only three stops to reach both ferries across the Bosporus and a Metro station.
