Die Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich (Zufahrt durch Schranke) direkt zwischen Walensee (40 Sek. zu Fuss zum Strand) und Talstation der Gondelbahn Flumserberg (4 Min. zu Fuss). Die Wohnung hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, Skikeller und verfügt über eine Sauna, Solarium und Whirlpool-Badewanne. Grossartige Aussicht auf Walensee, Wald und Berge.
