New neighborhood with beautiful homes and modern designer finishes. SUPER clean and quiet! Fast Wifi; new 55" smart TV; SUPER 1 mile to the center of the ever popular square and super close to The Beacon for an old school cafe breakfast (so good!), 1/2 mile to Handy Andy, Volta, Big Bad Breakfast, Canteen, Snackbar and Jensei. Such a new neighborhood that Airbnb does not map it but is within yards of the listed address. Actual address is 202 Jennie Ave.

Nice Getaway!

Our home is the perfect getaway not too far from Oxford,MS for the Ole Miss games or fine dining! Or you can ride down to Enid or Grenada Lake for some good fishing! We have plenty boat space! You can relax outside or stay inside & enjoy our nice cozy home with family and friends! (During football season) There is a 2 night minimum on weekends either Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun. The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! And very much enjoyed by the whole family!

We just completed our third stay and this is my third review of her home. Absolutely everything is perfect every time. The home was super clean and very pet friendly. A great fenced yard for the dogs. Beds and linens were very comfy and the house had plenty of space for humans and dogs to be very comfortable. Super convenient to outstanding restaurants and the cute Oxford Square. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time.

The house was very clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but I know we could have easily prepared a meal there. There’s an electric kettle which was great since we drink a lot of coffee and tea. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a ball tournament!

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Greg was amazing and super communicative. The house was exactly as described. It was super close to walk to both campus and the square. We were here for parents weekend and the location was key!! Also the parking situation was amazing- two cars in the driveway and an empty spot on the street. This is a place we will be booking again for future Ole Miss events. The absolute only thing I could recommend is some black towels for makeup removal. With all us girls I think we may have messed up some towels, I purchased bleach to hopefully fix that. Otherwise 10/10 amazing!!

What a blessing to have found Jennifer and Oliver’s AirBnB!!! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of three during our college tour of Ole Miss! Jennifer is the epitome of southern hospitality with such graciousness and warmth in opening up her gorgeous home to others! Perfection in every sense of the word!!! We will be staying here every time we visit Oxford when we come to see our daughter in college! Could not have asked for a better first time experience visiting this lovely town! Fell in love with the people and location!!! Spic and span clean home, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and bath, amazing deck with fire pit…just no complaints whatsoever!!! Thank you, Jennifer and Oliver, for your friendship and for welcoming us into your relaxing home! We are forever grateful!!!
