The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

CasaDuccio1 High End Room in the heart of the city

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.

Beautiful loft studio with large outdoor spaces to relax in nature. It is the smallest of two adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor it offers a living area and bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The accommodation is 50 meters from the beach of San Giovanni Lido, a 5-minute walk to the city center. The house has a furnished terrace, where you can sunbathe, have breakfast or an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the beautiful view of the gulf in total relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped to ensure the preparation of simple dishes. The sober environment is aimed exclusively at adults, it will not be possible to accept a reservation with children in tow.

Hello and welcome to our apartment! We are Michele and Francesca, we are siblings and we both love traveling the world. We recently bought this apartment in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, to host travelers from all over the world in a completely renovated and modern structure, characterized by cleanliness and comfort that we also seek when we are traveling. The apartment is a 1-2 min walk to the paradise beach of Putzu Idu!

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
