I booked this place for myself and 2 friends for a well needed relaxing trip away. This place exceeded our expectations. We each had our own room and plenty of space. Everything was very clean!! The hot tub was just so relaxing. We enjoyed it in the morning while we were planning our days activities. We also enjoyed it under the stars. We couldn’t get the fire pit to light, but Kenneth came the next day and let us know how to get it started. Our trip was mid-March so there wasn’t much open in town and we were fine with that! We were very lucky that the weather couldn’t have been nicer! We stayed 3 nights and were very sad to leave. We wanted to stay a few more days. I just happened this place scrolling through Air B&B and I’m so glad that it caught my eye. Absolutely worth it. It does sit behind a hotel, and the Main Street isn’t very far, but the backyard is fenced in and we felt that we had plenty of privacy and the sound wasn’t loud at all. I’d would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful lakefront home with stunning views and perfect balance of privacy. The year-round hot tub, spacious interior with high ceilings, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable. The hosts were exceptional - quick to communicate and incredibly accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to flight cancellations. Their flexibility and helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier to handle.​​​​​​​​​​​

We had a wonderful time at Amanda’s place. We just needed a quick get away to relax and it was perfect! The place is in a great location very quiet, beautiful trails to walk on plenty of restaurants to order from and lots of other things to do very close by and the place was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Amanda was a great host and responded immediately to any questions and it was also perfect for our dog who loved the fenced in backyard and really enjoyed the walks on the trails. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. Overall, a great spot to spend time and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away be comfortable and enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer. We enjoyed our stay at Jesse and Jessica's sturdy and well-designed vintage cabin at Lake Luzerne. Jessica is truly a hard-working host! She provides plenty of supplies for every possible need. The home was cozy, clean and had every convenience, such as excellent lighting and numerous electrical outlets. Great location, a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Lake George Village.

Fantastic place to stay. Very well decorated, stocked with everything you could need and really interesting layout throughout the whole house. The game room is really well thought out with a bunch of different board and arcade games. The outdoor area is spacious and good for making a campfire, barbecuing, or just relaxing in the hot tub especially great on a cool night . All the rooms are very well designed and even the bunk beds can even fit grown adults. Overall great stay, very clean and fantastic hosts that promptly answer any questions. Can't wait to stay here in the summer once the lake opens up.

Me, my daughters and our dog stayed at the red geranium over spring break. The home was well stocked, beautifully decorated and filled with plants that instantly made it feel like home. We had an endless amount of options to keep us occupied from doing box jumps (I didn’t know I could do that!), to playing ping pong and of course ending the evening with a fire and s’mores. The night sky looked incredible, so many stars! The hot tub and sauna set the place over the top for me because it was like having your own little private spa. Everything had very clear instructions and again just made me feel right at home. You can tell how much time, effort and love has gone into this home and I am grateful for the opportunity to have experienced it. Thank you!

perfect home base for a visit to Saratoga! walking distance to the track and all of down if you wanted. We were on a bachelor party and couldn't have asked for better. hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing after a day/night out.

Loved the house . Was very clean . Very spacious. Very well appointed . Nice layout . Loved how spacious the kitchen was to work in . Great counter space . Accommodates many simultaneous cooks . Awesome!

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

Megan’s place was perfect for our trip back to upstate. We left the air bnb wishing we could just live there as it was perfect for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Victoria is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her home and community. I look forward to staying with her again in the future.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

Kyle was responsive, helpful and available for questions throughout the stay. House is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Larger group still had privacy. Check in and out was easy. House was very clean. It is located close to SPAC and downtime Saratoga. It’s a perfect location when you want to explore those areas.

Jason was an amazing host. He did amazing job on the renovations to the house and looked way better in person. His instructions was really great due to the fact that he did a video tour of the house explain what everything did. if we had any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them for us. He was very nice to let us check in early as well. When I told him that we were going to be there an hour early, he said that was completely fine and that we could check in early. If you are wanting to stay somewhere at an excellent price and in the area, would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

The layout of the house was fantastic! Private dead end road! Furnishings & decor were Great!! House was right off a bike path which we loved!!

Great place, one thing I did like was they do not use products that contain harsh chemicals like the Native shampoo & conditioner and the plant based laundry detergent they use to wash

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL! We can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. The Lake House is amazing. Great view, cozy, super clean. You can't ask for more. Will definitely come back and recommend highly.
