What a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and exactly as advertised - also a quick drive to shopping, grocery store, and downtown Saratoga Springs while still being peaceful and private. Cannot say enough good things - we will be back!

Really just a great weekend! The house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our family. Also perfect distance from town where there is tons to do. Julie was available for questions and was so easy to communicate with. We were in the area to celebrate our son’s college graduation and really could not have selected a more perfect spot!

Heaven on earth!!! Very peaceful!! Clean energy!! Tbh I am struggling to write about this place because I don’t want people to know about it. I want to keep it as a secret but I know that a place like this shouldn’t be a secret and shared with people… I cannot wait to be back again!!!!

My party and I had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s place. Every room was clean, organized and had everything we needed. The house itself is modern and accommodating. Everyone felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area. You’re about 5-7 minute drive from town, where you can find local restaurants and shops.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

We had a great time staying at L.J’s place. Our children loved app that there was to do and we took daily walks down to the frozen lake. Lots of fun sledding and relaxing!

This was our 2nd stay at Anna’s place for the Belmont at Saratoga. Great house with lots of room and bathrooms. Super kitchen, DR and LR combo. Walk to downtown. 3 minutes from the track! If you want a perfect place to stay near the track and the downtown this is the place! Barbecued one night on the grille and smoked cigars around the fire pit for something different! Great quiet neighborhood house with an A+ location. We’ll be back this summer for another stay. Tom+ 5 guests!

Antonio was great to work with and the place was beautiful. There wasn’t a single thing he didn’t think of to supply the house with!

A great spot and close to track and downtown Saratoga Springs. Very comfy and spacious for a group up to 8. Some cute items Star Wars decor.

Jennifer (host) and Brian (co-host) were wonderful! The house itself & amenities were incredibly well-appointed and the house was very clean. We were greeted with thoughtful amenities and when a couple of things arose during our stay Brian was very responsive. The lake was peaceful and the hosts went above & beyond with what they provide. AirBnb should be thrilled with such wonderful hosts & property!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this spacious and cozy Airbnb! Everything was in perfect condition, and the hosts truly thought of every detail to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The house was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed — from a relaxing hot tub and kayaks to a beautiful deck and a sun room. My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

Terrific place! At first you think, What a cute place! And it is, with a welcoming front porch lit with string lights. But you soon realize this place is a larger-than-you'd think, stylish, comfortable home, with a great kitchen open to a big dining area across the entry hall from a comfy living room. The backyard is a private, peaceful, large oasis just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Broadway--talk about a great location! Grab this booking whenever you can!

This was the perfect spot for our trip. Very convenient to get to town (10 minute drive) and super comfortable living room and bedrooms. The views of the lake were lovely. Everything at this property was easy to find and use. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, easy place to stay for our group. The location is perfect to the track and downtown. It has a vintage feel of old Saratoga, so you need to be aware it is not a modern place, which was fine for us.

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.
