I had a fantastic stay at Peter’s place! He was a great host—super responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The apartment was clean, nicely renovated, and in the perfect location—close to everything I needed. I also really appreciated the gated parking and Tesla charger, which made things even more convenient. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic views. Cozy cottages. A retreat/adventure rolled into one. Tons to do in the area, Lake George just minutes away if you are looking for a bit more hustle and bustle, or stay lakeside and enjoy the complimentary kayaks and of course if you’re up for a bit more of a challenge head out early to climb Hadley and take in the breath taking views Lake Luzerne has to offer! This apartment is amazing and in a truly spectacular location. We happened to be there at the height of fall color which was magical but the farm, the gardens, and views must be unbeatable any time of the year. Delia surprised us with a decadent assortment of vegetables from the farm, fresh eggs, local bread and apple butter, pancake mix, butter and syrup, s'more supplies, bottled water from Saratoga Springs, apples, snacks, coffee, oat milk and a tasty bottle of wine. It was by far the nicest welcome we have ever experienced and far beyond all expectations. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen sheets and soft, fluffy towels. The nods to M.S. make this already special place even more so. I am thankful to Delia for sharing this incredible place and can't wait to return again someday.

Beautiful home, but no central AC or window units. Three small AC coolers for a big area unfortunately did not cool the space during the deep humidity. We were very warm, but despite for that it was the perfect stay. Would definitely come again and stay in a cooler month.

We stayed here with a few other families with lots of young kids, and the space was great for all of us! Megan supplied extra pack and plays and high chairs, and with the already installed baby gates around the stairs, all of this made it more relaxing for the parents to let the babies wander and play without getting hurt. The older kids loved the race car beds and lofted beds with the climbing walls to get into the upper loft space - a really cool feature and where the kids played the most. We also used the movie theater room a lot and enjoyed the popcorn machine - a very nice perk!

Gotta say it’s gotta be the first place that advertises child friendly and actually was. Multiple high chairs and cribs. No low placed fragile furniture. Even the coffee table had corner foam bumpers.

Had a great stay at Russ’s place over a long weekend. The place matches the pictures and description very well and Russ has everything you need from cooking supplies, kayaks, paddle boards, gas and wood outdoor fire pits, etc. The driveway is very steep and could be an issue for older guests getting to and from the lake. However, for a group of younger guys in town for the Belmont stakes, it was perfect. The house is situated on a deeper part of the lake perfect for swimming and fishing. Would recommend staying with Russ.

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

This Airbnb was perfect for my group of 7 for a wedding weekend in Saratoga. The house was spacious and pool was a nice addition for a hot day. Communication with hosts was also quick and easy! Would recommend this place for any group traveling to the area.

We have stayed at this location many times in the last few years. It is always clean and comfortable and Diana is very easy to communicate with! We love staying here it is so cozy! Thank you Diana!! Perfect as usual!

We had a great stay at the Red Geranium! Zak was accommodating to our early check in request (which was a life saver). The house was great ! We enjoyed playing billiards and the overall colonial yet modern feel of the place. There is also great food nearby. We HIGHLY recommend trying the Sauna before winding down for the night, as it will give you the best sleep ever!! Highly recommend.

This property has nice outdoor seating, a large kitchen and cozy living room. The house has charm.
