We had a great, weeklong stay. This was actually one of the most seamless Airbnb stays I’ve ever had - instructions were clear and the house was as expected. Easy to get to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The host was friendly, accessible and responsive.

This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments—just bring your own ingredients to cook your meals. The bathrooms are spacious, the bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds, and there's a huge backyard with a barbecue grill. If you're heading to the beach, don’t worry—there are beach chairs, a cooler, and even a football and volleyball in the garage for your convenience. I stayed there with my family for 29 days, and I can confidently say the house exceeded our expectations. Joseph was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions or messages. I recommend this place without hesitation.

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

This will be my go to airbnb moving forward anytime Im staying in Sarasota. Everything about Maksim's place was exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside area with a gas grill and jacuzzi was everything I could have wanted while staying in Florida. The outside space was phenomenal! Inside the couch was super comfy with a nice big TV to watch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need for cooking or having a nice big dinner at the house if you dont feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was massive. This place was very clean and very cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts were always responsive and would adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi anytime I asked. Such an amazing stay! Highest recommendation

This place was amazing! So relaxing, cozy, and just what we needed. The pool and hot tub were a total dream, we spent hours unwinding out there, especially in the evenings. The porch setup was beautiful and super cozy, perfect spot for morning coffee or late-night chats under the stars. Felt like a little slice of paradise! The location? Couldn’t be better. All the major grocery stores were just a few minutes away (super convenient with kids!), and we were able to order breakfast or dinner from nearby spots and still eat it while it was hot , yes, that close! Plus, one of Florida’s top beaches was just minutes away. We seriously couldn’t believe how easy it was to get around and enjoy everything. Also, HUGE shoutout to the host, incredibly responsive and kind. Every time I messaged, I got a quick and helpful reply. Made the whole stay stress-free and so enjoyable. Highly, highly recommend! I’d come back in a heartbeat. 💛🌴✨

Edina was extremely responsive (within minutes) when we had questions, also very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. The house is pristine, beautiful and spacious. The backyard with the pool very private and inviting! Definitely would come back the next time in Sarasota!

Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and is very quiet and just a great place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here the home was very clean and has everything you need just bring your clothes and food and enjoy the pool! Darcy is wonderful and will definitely be booking again.

Every aspect of the house was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a busy day at the rowing competitions. And, the young crowd loved the arcade room. A definite win. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed within hours of contact. The location was perfect for us - 20 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Nathan Benderson Park. I highly recommend this house. Hope to be back next year!

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

It was a pleasure through the entire process.Unfortunately we had an emergency and weren’t able to stay,but the check in and communication was fantastic.Would definitely rent again

Sandy's place was perfect for our family during our relocation to the area. The home was clean, matched the description perfectly and we had no issues finding it or checking in. We had an unexpected air conditioning issue, but Sandy was so so so amazing! She was proactive and immediately called to have several companies out to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the part wasn't available during our stay, however, because Sandy was so worried about our comfort she had two portable AC units delivered to the house. The house remained cool and she was beyond helpful. Highly recommend Sandy's place and she is a top-notch host!!! So responsive, sweet, and absolutely takes your comfort above anything else! Thanks, Sandy for a great stay!!

Awesome home to spend time with the family! Everything was near by and the neighborhood was lovely. Kids and parents enjoyed the patio and pool and Jenn was also responsive and accommodating. She was an amazing host and her home was amazing, thank you Jenn!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a lovely and stylish home! We enjoyed our stay at Conrad and Honorata’s home near our favorite beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. My pups and I took leisurely walks during our stay and they excitedly explored the fenced in backyard garden with abundant fruit trees and a large patio area. My favorite was being able to access the patio and backyard right from the master bedroom. This was an amazing convenience during our visit. Looking forward to returning soon!
