The bedrooms are also fully equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds and an additional 2 guest's sleep in the living room sofa and as a folding beds. The pool is perfect for taking a dip on a hot summer day, and it provides the perfect spot for relaxing and soaking up the sun's rays. There is also a beautiful outdoor dining and barbecue area where you can enjoy cooking and dining al fresco meals with your loved ones, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the villa's surroundings. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the villa's convenient parking area. Heated Pool Policy Ι To ensure a pleasant and relaxing swim throughout the cooler months, our villa offers the option of pool heating, subject to the following conditions: Water Temperature | The heating system can elevate the water temperature up to approximately 26°C, depending on external weather conditions. Recommended Periods | Pool heating is most beneficial during the spring and autumn months — from March to mid-June, and again during October and November. Advance Arrangement | For optimal comfort, please request pool heating at least 4 days prior to arrival, allowing sufficient time for the water to reach the desired temperature. Daily Rate | The service is available at an additional cost of €50 per day. Booking Terms | Pool heating is offered exclusively for the entire duration of your stay, and charges are calculated accordingly. Weather Conditions | Kindly note that the system does not operate when outdoor temperatures exceed 25°C or during rainy weather. A pool cover is not available. Guest access l Guests have the entire property and the Pool to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!
