Beautiful apartment and location to visit downtown

Very large two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Felt like an authentic Bosnian flat. Great view of the river and beautiful buildings. Great location. Ajdin was communicative and friendly.

Perfect communication with Igor about arrival, reception and providing further information around our stay. The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, impeccably clean and has everything for an ideal stay. Garage parking that meant a lot to us. A quiet location, uncrowded, a playground for children in the park, and a few restaurants and cafes within easy reach. Transportation to Baščaršija can be reached in 15 minutes. We hope and look forward to our next longer stay at Igor's!

This place is the BEST place we have stayed so far. The place is sparkling cleaning, the location is great only 5 minutes walking to the Latin Bridge, the facilities are brand new and top qualities, it was so enjoyable and let you relaxing in style and so comfortable. Additionally, the host has pay attention to every each details to make your stay as comfortable as you expected and beyond. They provide hanging-rank and ironing facility as well as washing machine. Welcome fruits and drinks in the fridge. The hostess is a really nice lady, polite, well-educated with great hospitality to make your stay as easy as possible. At very beginning, after booking, the host has been keep up update regularly. They planned every thing for us in great details, arrivals, staying and departure. On the last day, we have been waiting for our taxi after checked-out as the taxi was late, We messaged her, she has walked way back to let us to use the toilet in the accommodation again, Thanks so much. The place is fantastic. The host and hostess are great people, they treat every signal with great care, which in place already, They deserve great respects. Loved the apartment and owners hospitality

Elma'a place is very cozy and reaching the city center is easy with a 10 minute walk down the hill. Elma was a perfect host, very kind and patient even if we were a couple of hours late. Definitely check it out for a nice stay in Sarajevo.

Erduana and her son Mehmed are wonderful hosts. Although we stayed in a very cold weather, the interior of the house was warm. The house was spotless. They answered every question about the house or about our trip very quickly and were helpful. It is a 15-minute walk from Başçarşı. Our flight had a cancellation situation. They blocked the house for 1 day for us. If I come to Saray Bosnia again, I would definitely like to stay in this house. It was our first time on airbnb, but everything about the house was great. The only negative I can add is that the road to the house is a little sloping.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday house. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only thing to note is that the house is located uphill, and some taxi drivers were reluctant to drive all the way to the entrance. However, if you have your own or rent a car, this won’t be an issue at all. The quality of the accommodation and the warm hospitality made up for this minor inconvenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay! A special thanks to our host, Aida, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond by bringing us extra items we needed, such as blankets and a heater, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay—I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to unwind with a big group of 12 people.

First of all, I would like to thank the host, Mr. Sanini. She was very interested in everything from the beginning to the end of our stay. He met us on the road and walked us to the house. Even though we were gone before the stay time, she did not do this at all. Regarding the house, I can say that the house was really clean and convenient. The heating system of the house was very good. Hot water was always available. The house offers you a perfect city view. It was within walking distance to Başçarşı, restaurants, shopping centers, mosques and cultural centers. If I ever go to Sarajevo again, I would like to stay in this house again. We stayed five people and we were very comfortable. I would recommend this house to those who will go to Sarajevo. I saw and experienced Bosnian hospitality. It was a perfect experience for me. We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment in Sarajevo. The location is great – just about a 10-minute drive to the city center, making it both peaceful and conveniently close to everything. The apartment was super clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches for families, including toys for children and a garden to relax in. Our host was very friendly, always available, and quick to help with any questions we had. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. He not only helped us with anything we needed, but also gave us great recommendations for places to visit in and around Sarajevo, which helped us discover more of Bosnia beyond the city. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo who’s looking for a comfortable stay in a relatively central location.

Everything was great, Predrag took very good care of us and responded to us as soon as possible whenever we needed. The house is small and very sweet, only 15 minutes from the city center and you don't even notice how time passes when you watch the nature. Thank you for everything. 🙏🙏

Elvedin was very friendly and proactively contacted us to provide driving directions and pick us up at the gas station.Special prepared a lot of drinks for us, candy and a box of treats, provided tourist lines and indoor parking for us.The room is very clean overall, new facilities, good maintenance, large area, fully equipped kitchen with parking, 7-8 kilometers from the old city and various attractions, recommended to stay in this homestay

Suad was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. I can’t think of anything more I could ask for a host. He collected us from the airport, made barbecue for us, helped with finding good local shops and restaurants. The house was fairly clean. The beddings and towels were very clean with a fresh smell. The kitchenware needed a little cleaning before using. The furniture and curtains smelled cigarettes a little which may be disturbing for some people. The house has a nice garden with a closed barbecue place, tables to sit and chat outside, a trampoline, and a swimming pool for kids. There are three units for rent in the same garden, so you may be sharing them with others. The location is close to a rail station which has a couple trips a day to Sarajevo city center and Mostar. There is not much to do in walking distance. You need a car to access to beautiful parks, lakes, and other locations of interest. Overall, we were happy with the renting.

The location of the house was very nice, as close as I could say in Başçarşı. The beds were very clean I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner. The design of the house was very nice. Ashko was open to communication and kind. If you are coming by bus, you can get off the tram to Sarajevo and walk 5 minutes to the house.

I didn't see any tourists nearby which made the place a unique experience to see how is daily live in that area of Sarajevo. There were many shops nearby which also made it easier to get groceries or anything needed right away. For example, I needed to send some postcards and I found out a post office right behind the building - literally 1 min to get there. Also, there is a small shopping mall and there are several local restaurants and small shops. The view from the apartment was amazing and it has view on two sides of the apartment (east and west if I'm not mistaken) which allowed to watch sunrise and sunset. Host was very kind and flexible with my schedule. Walkable distance to the airport if you don't have heavy luggage. I had a carry on and two small backpacks and was able to walk to the airport without any issues. Area felt safe and it was also close to the bus station to travel in/out of Sarajevo. So good I decided to stay there a couple times.

Medina's place is well situated and near to all the major sights in the city. The apartment is spacious and clean. Medina is super helpful and went out of her way to answer our questions and make sure we had a great time. Thanks so much Medina!

Excellent, large apartment in the very center of the city, parking can be found, convenient location with shopping centers, shops, restaurants, the old city is a 20-minute walk away. Special thanks to the hosts for the great service. They sent a selection of interesting and delicious places, helped with a place for breakfast, helped with a taxi, great hosts, thank you !

Erol is a very nice host, he helped us a lot. The location of the house is very close to the airport and has a perfect garden with a view overlooking the igman mountain, you can sit and have a barbecue in the evenings. In addition, there is a parking lot, your mind is not staying in your vehicle. The house is very clean and convenient, there is an android TV. I would definitely prefer it if I went to Bosnia again.

This trip was our first introduction to Sarajevo and to Bosnia. Mak made it better than we could have imagined. He was so kind and helpful. And, his apartment is immaculate with a great design esthetic. Everything is also automated , which my husband loved. You can reach all the restaurants, bakeries and the Old Town on foot. We had a rental car and were grateful to have a safe place to park it in the garage. This was a very comfortable, convenient place to stay. I would highly recommend!
