House vacation rentals in Saquarema

Overall our hosting was very good. The house is beautiful, everything works and we were also contemplated with a movie sunset on the beach. At the entrance it was difficult to communicate with the person responsible for receiving us, then we found some dirt on the barbecue and swimming pool. Everything was promptly resolved by the Elder who has always assisted us with a lot of education.

We were delighted with the house! By the photos, we thought it would be smaller, but when we arrived we were surprised by the size ,the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean, organized and smelling, with everything prepared with affection for our arrival. There were floor cloths, bedding and pillows available, which was great! The hostess was super attentive and still left a cute “welcome” plaque, which made all the difference. I and my family simply loved the stay and we would definitely be back!

I returned with my family and we only have compliments for the house and the hosts. The house has a huge space and accommodated my family very well, which had 13 members. My only recommendation is that if you go in a time of extreme heat, bring an extra fan, as those inside the house cannot handle the high temperature. On the other hand, the outside area of the house is wonderful. The hosts are super helpful and always send us messages asking if we need anything. We'll definitely be back again.

Excellent house, exactly as described and pictured. All kitchen utensils, environment and pool extremely clean! Very attentive and kind hostess! The only observation is that the use of air conditioning could be included in the lease

The house is very nice, spacious and cozy, with everything tidy and clean... we had only a little problem with the energy that Antônio quickly helped us solve! I'd definitely come back.. my family and I loved the little vacation in Saquarema!

We love the stay at the Lagomar house, a super cozy, comfortable and well equipped space. The house was super clean and smelling for our arrival and Bruno was super helpful from the time of booking until checkout. Walking between 2 and 3km has markets, bakeries and other shops, easy access to the beach and downtown Saquarema. We have nothing to complain about the structure of the house, we had no problem. The only point to consider is the pavement that has not yet arrived on the street of the house but we understand it to be a situation that is not 100% in the owner's control. The house is wonderful and it's like the pictures. The host, Kerolainy, very attentive, responded immediately to messages and made our stay very quiet in her property. The place where the house is located is very good, has a supermarket and bakery nearby, is between the beach and the lagoon and you can walk. The surrounding streets are very quiet, and the other surrounding residences, in general, very nice and beautiful as well. Very residential and family atmosphere. The house has a good-sized pool, which has a shower and a bathroom next to it (which makes it very easy to stay in the pool area during the day). The very well-equipped barbecue also. I just point out that older people or with some difficulty in mobility should not be able to go down the pool stairway, because it is too low - until I had difficulty - and it would be interesting to have some kind of protection for the pipa lines that constantly fall on the spot. In general, we love the house and recommend it!

Our stay was great, home, pool, barbecue, had everything we needed, cozy atmosphere, the kids had a lot of fun, we'll definitely go back again. Ricardo is a wonderful person, thank you for everything, our weekend was perfect. Abracos.

Bruno is an extremely polite host and explained everything right about the house . The house was tidy , with potential for improvement , but the street has no asphalt and damages the cleaning in general , however TODAY the city hall was paving the street. There is a wooden deck on the door of the house and a balcony with a beautiful view of the lagoon . The pool is good size and the gourmet area has a stove , barbecue , sink , bathroom and shower . As we were just a couple the other rooms were locked up , so ask about it during your stay . The centre of Saquarema is 5min away by car , there is the village beach which is 2min away by car and Itaúna is 10min away .

The stay was great and praised by my entire family. The house has very comfortable en-suites, a good leisure area and a great location. Another point to note is that the host was always very attentive and responsive to all our demands throughout the stay. As an opportunity for improvement, I mention that the stove located in the barbecue area could be working and that the two existing refrigerators in the house could be working (only one was in good condition). For large groups like ours, it would help a lot. However, these points do not diminish the qualities of the house and the hosting experience.

The house is impeccable! Super good taste decoration, Super private, complete utensils, the outside area is super nice! Manoel and Patrícia were amazing and helpful! We loved spending New Year's there!

The house exceeded all expectations: clean, well decorated, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is spacious, clean, and located just minutes from the beach. Grocery stores are also nearby, about a five-minute drive away. Ana was a fantastic hostess, always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. We truly felt we were in good hands. We experienced a minor power issue on our first night, but it was due to city infrastructure, not the property. The air conditioning worked perfectly in all bedrooms, and the pool area was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect accommodation, super wooded condominium, with always available pool, quiet and super friendly neighbors. Casa super organized and well located, on the best beach and sunset in the region! I stayed in the house during the holiday and have only compliments! The accommodation is excellent — clean, well equipped and very cozy. The host was super attentive, always available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference in the stay. Me and my friends feel very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Wonderful days I spent with my family at Sandra's place, the location is perfect… the house is huge and very well equipped. Highlight for cleanliness, all absolutely spotless ! Opening the windows of the house and coming across that sea a few meters from the eyes is indescribable. About the host (Sandra), she responded to messages in a few seconds. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back one day

Marina is a very polite and attentive host. Responds quickly and always with great willingness. The house is very comfortable, wide and airy. The indoor space is well divided, with comfort and everything you need to spend days of vacation and rest. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils, large bedrooms and bathrooms, good beds and Smart TV. The house was extremely clean and smelling. The outdoor area is a chapter by piece. A great-sized swimming pool, with sun loungers and fully fenced. Ample barbecue space, with stove, sink and a good table, which makes organization much easier. A great outdoor bathroom and there are even game tables to entertain the family. New hammocks. Grassy space, which is great for those with pets. All this with complete privacy, as the house has a high wall all around. They were days of rest and tranquility. We loved the stay and will certainly be back.

Crystal's place is great for spending a few days with the family. Everything was well organized and clean, we were greeted by Claudia, who takes care of the house, at the agreed time, and the space was perfect for us to enjoy the holiday. The house has everything for a good stay, from bed linen and towels, to kitchen utensils. We were also able to take advantage of the barbecue and pool to spend an afternoon with family.

The house was a great spot to accomodate our big group. We all had lots of space. The host was great and was ablento be flexible on our check in time. Awesome pool area snd very close to the beach front. I would recommend this spot.

The house is great and very well maintained! The location is perfect. We didn't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Very close to the beach, pond, shops and the Center. The hostess Ana is everything they said in the other comments, Excellent! We're just grateful for this stay.
