SISUMO Suzukawa This is "SISUMO Suzukawa", a private rental accommodation in a renovated traditional house that can accommodate up to 8 people. In front of the house, Mt. Shiri and Mt. Yotei stretch out, and the Shiri River flows just a minute's walk away in a natural environment. Rusu Resort is about a 9-minute drive away, and access to Niseko and Lake Toyako is also good, making it a location where you can enjoy Hokkaido throughout the four seasons. Enjoy coffee in the morning while looking out at Mt. Yotei and Mt. Shibetsu, and go out to Rusutsu, Niseko, and Lake Toyako in the afternoon. In the evening, you can have a BBQ on the newly built wooden deck, and at night, you can watch the starry sky while sitting around a campfire. You can spend time in a way that is typical of Hokkaido. Recommended as a base for skiing and snowboarding to enjoy the world-famous powder snow in winter, and as a base for enjoying nature from spring to autumn. We also provide a BBQ plan with an assortment of Hokkaido meat. There is 1 Western-style room and 2 Japanese-style rooms. All rooms have heating and beds, and can be locked. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner stove, spacious sink, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. There is also Wi-Fi, an 80-inch screen, and a projector, so you can enjoy watching movies with family and friends.

This accommodation is also recommended for workations, corporate retreats, and those bringing pets. Each room is a space where traditional Japanese beauty and modern comforts are in harmony. With a cypress bath, a spacious living room, and a workspace (equipped with a projector and whiteboard), you can enjoy a luxurious stay and team building experience. It features a Japanese garden, and in the spring, beautiful flowers bloom in the garden, creating a world of a hundred flowers in full bloom, typical of Hokkaido. Next to the garden, there is a field where vegetables are grown and a BBQ area with toilets and street lights. You can also do simple golf practice such as chipping and putting. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a 7-Eleven right nearby, and it is an 8-minute walk from Tobetsu Station, making it a convenient location for dining out and shopping. There is parking for 5 or more cars, and there is plenty of space for guests using rental cars. With Shuyukan as your base, you can enjoy day trips to the Roiz Confectionery factory in town, roadside stations, and places outside the town such as Sapporo, Otaru, and Biei. You can book an original dinner with plenty of local ingredients (soy milk, pork, eggs, vegetables, etc.) by a partner local chef, or a room tour that traces the history of the founding family.

There are rooms on the 1st floor (capacity 3 people) and 2nd floor (capacity 7 people) in the same condominium, so you can stay with your family or in a large group. The flat is located in heart of Sapporo． It is only 6-minutes walk from the Sabway station． also you can easily walk to "Susukino" "Tanuki-koji" "Odoripark" "Nijyo-iciba" and these touristspots． Transportation, Shopping, Dining, Cafe.....are　 all very close and conveenient.
