Villa vacation rentals in Sapodilla Bay

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

We loved staying here for our Honeymoon. This end of the island is very secluded with shallow calm waters, sheltered from wind and choppy ocean. There were not many dining options so I would recommend a car so that you can explore the island! We loved staying here!

The Capri Villa was a beautiful place to stay in Turks (Provo). This was our third time to Turks in recent years and we were definitely impressed by the villa and by the SulMare team. Overall, communications were excellent and the team proved flexible and personable in their approach. They were helpful in ways that were not required but were deeply appreciated given a variety of entirely unrelated challenges we experienced with our trip. Capri itself is the middle of three SulMare villas on Sapodilla Bay beach. The beach is beautiful and the villas are in the far corner, with some privacy from others staying on other properties and the jet skis and vendors at the far end of the beach. The villa itself is exactly as pictured -- beautiful views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom and balcony (even the shower!) but also from the living room / kitchen downstairs and patio / pool. The beach is steps away, calm, and lovely. We'll definitely have fond memories of our visit to Capri!

What a hidden gem!!! The pictures don’t do justice of this place. The view is absolutely stunning. The host allowed us to check in early and was extremely helpful throughout our stay when my son had a splinter, he brought over tweezers. The place is very spacious and extremely clean! It has everything you can think of beach chairs, sturdy umbrella, shampoo and conditioner . everything !!! I cannot wait to come back next spring break!

This property was perfect for our first but not last to Turks where you are living in paradise! We especially enjoyed the pool and hanging chairs. Brady was extremely easy to work with. You will absolutely need a car or make friends with a taxi company which worked great for us and felt like we had a personal driver. We did pre-negotiate our fee with him because taxis are expensive. Kitchen is not really set-up for cooking too much but there is a lovely Weber grill. Highly recommend this beach house! Beds were super comfy.

The home was amazing, just as pictured. We weren't aware to get any cell service package so reaching out to the host when we arrived was a challenge, and without wifi good luck lol, but that was more the island than the host or home. A heads up would have been good though. Leola was a great host once we got to the home and was responsive throughout. She even helped us set up a rental car and advised local hot spots to check out. The home is in a very nice upscale area away from all of the island tourists and noise and is very safe. Its a 7-15 min drive from any shopping or eating so would recommend a rental car. Definitely plan on visiting the island again and will book this place again!

Spent the week here celebrating my birthday, and wow—every view felt like a painting. It was so stunning, I seriously didn’t want to leave.

Stunning Views! We spent the majority of our week there lounging around the multiple decks and swimming right off the deck. Walkable to other beaches but the views at this property are hard to beat. We used the tubes and fins provided daily. It was unusually windy so were unable to kayak or paddle board outside of the small protected cove sadly. Everyone we met out on the island said it was a windy week, can't control the weather! Taylor Bay Beach was walkable from the rental and was less windy, but we still preferred spending time at the villa. Judy was great with questions and communication, the dryer had an issue and she had a repair man out within a few hours! We typically drove to the Grace Bay area for dinner. Favorites were Embers and Indigo. Charter on the Slat Cat Catarmaran was a highlight too! Would definitely stay here again if we return to TCI! Relaxing, private villa with unbeatable views!

Perfect house for a family of 4. We felt very safe with the security guards on duty at the entrance to the villa. The beach is a minute walk. All of Mandy’s suggestions are spot on. She was so accommodating when our flight was delayed a day and even offered late check out. This villa is a gem and so is Mandy!!

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

My family of 6 loved our stay at this Villa. As the previous reviews mention, Brian is an exceptional host. He was kind, attentive and helpful to our needs making our stay there even more enjoyable. The home is spacious, clean and close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We rented a car which which we found very convenient. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and was not crowded when we were there. The beach chairs and umbrellas are definitely a plus (as is the cooler which we packed our lunches in every day!) A really cool amenity is the water cooler in the house - wow!! That was such an amazing thing to have. What a wonderful and memorable trip - we all loved it and will be back!!

We had a fabulous time! Jacinthe’s home was perfect for my family of 4. Outdoor space was wonderful for early morning coffee and after a long day at the beach- cocktails. Very quiet and private. My favorite was having coffee on second floor and watching the golfers sink putts. Jacinthes home provides all beach equipment for your day in the sun. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking full meals. 5 star Would highly recommend

We had an amazing time at Villa Tayo and the surrounding area! On arrival, Brian greeted us and made sure we felt right at home. The villa itself looked just like the pictures: the pool was great; the bar/deck area was amazing--this was where we had breakfast every day. We were also able to swim and kayak/paddle board in the canal in the backyard. We were also provided with various recommendations on where to eat and what to do during our stay which is how we planned our excursions. Of note, we were at Grace Bay Beach every single day--it was that beautiful! Overall, our experience in the villa was worth every penny. Thank you so much to Brian for his help and accommodation :) He was very responsive to our needs and more. We would definitely book again!

Great villa with spectacular views! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles on the kayaks right out from the shore. Very quiet area and enjoyed our stay with the family! The kids loved the pool and the location was great.

We loved our time at the Villa Blanca. The property is beautiful and perfectly located (close to the airport and steps to the most beautiful, peaceful beach). Lots of great restaurants located within a short drive. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend booking time at this property.

Pros: - Beautiful and clean villa. - Nice swimming pool (although we didn't use it because you want to use all the beautiful beaches during the day, and during the night the pool water was too cold for us – I wish it was heated) - Great beach stuff available (5 foldable chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, kid toys, ...) - Good host. We never met them but they were responsive on the app. - Not far from the airport. Only a 10-15min drive - maybe even less without traffic. - Big size. While the kid was asleep upstairs, we could watch TV downstairs. - Their TV supported Apple TV so we could easily connect a laptop and mirror the screen. - Private and quiet. Although at nights you could hear music a bit in the upstairs bathroom. I think there is a club or something not too far. Cons: - The location is not walkable at all. It's in a dead end and you have to drive on the highway to go anywhere. - Expensive. But everything on the island is expensive. A similar villa in Mexico would be less than half

Marta's place was just what we wanted for a nice getaway...peaceful, beautiful view of the lagoon, short drive to the beach, a great space to relax. We sat out in our own little private space/chairs each day for a bit, morning, afternoon, and night, enjoying the views and weather. Bob's Bar is a short walk away, with good food and drinks, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Marta greeted us as we drove in and showed us around the place, making sure everything was in order and that there was nothing else we needed. She also arranged a local car rental for us, which included a pickup from her spot in the end to drive us to the airport. She was an amazing host, giving us local recommendations on the first day and available the whole time for any questions. We highly recommend staying at her place, and we hope to be back ourselves!

This surpassed my expectations. It was perfect for the entire family including the kids. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

The Beach Please Villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice having en-suite bathrooms. While we went out to restaurants for most of our meals, we did cook a bit as well, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The walk to Grace Bay beach from the villa was quick, and having beach chairs and an umbrella available to use throughout the week was so great, as we explored several beaches during our stay. Stephanie and Tim also provided incredible recommendations on dining and activities. We would absolutely recommend staying in this villa!!

Everything about the property was described just like the picture..Host was amazing and we will for sure be staying again..Very peaceful location…I loved it!

Absolutely loved this beautiful Airbnb!!! The location was amazing as it’s the last home on a little hill and the views over look the gorgeous Turtle Cove area of Grace bay beach. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, we used it daily as well as the second sitting area in the back side of the house. Furnishings were nice throughout and kitchen was more than adequately stocked. Christina recommended local dining options and we enjoyed several on her list. She also recommended a kayak trip through the mangroves with Surfside Ocean Academy, incredible experience with our guide Morgan-highly recommend checking this out! Thank you Christina for being such a wonderful host and would not hesitate to book again if ever in Turks and Caicos!

The host representative was amazing. The information provided prior to arrival was well worth the read. Clear communication and solid description. This is our 5th island and we airbnb or vrbo every time and the host and representative left no doubt about what we were going to experience.
