A neat poolside room. Very quiet as 100m from the noisy main street. The owner is quite nice and kind.

It was a great stay and the property was very clean and as described. Recommend for family stays, who’s renting their own car. As it gets hard to get Grab/Uber sometimes from that location, also gets little expensive if you go near Sukhumvit very often during the trip.

Pavasorn was a great host and exceptionally responsive. We booked the unit quite last minute, but Pavasorn was kind enough to accommodate our request. The unit itself is as per described, and it is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is ideal if you are driving and if you have small children, because this place has a big car park and ample of space for the kids to run around and play. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and convenience of what this unit offered and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you Pavasorn!
