We had an amazing time staying at this charming forest hut! The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the serene woods with breathtaking views all around. The hut itself was warm, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen to feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a smile, making us feel like we were in good hands from the moment we arrived. We also loved the convenience of being close to great places to eat, as well as ski slopes and tea houses just a short distance away. It was the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and accessibility. We can't recommend this place enough and hope to return soon!

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

We stumbled upon a true hidden treasure! This Airbnb is a magical retreat just steps away from the beautiful Struma River. If you're looking to escape the city noise, this is your spot. The location is private and peaceful. The rooms are super cozy and thankfully equipped with good air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver during our summer stay. We slept like babies! Our hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in nature. It's perfect for families. Just remember to bring some mosquito repellent!

Kostadinka is a great host - extremely kind, attentive and communicative! It made a very strong impression to me that she warned me herself and pointed out that there was no warm connection between the floors, although it is also detailed in the description of the house. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet place in the middle of nature - it is situated on a hill which gives a magnificent view! Extremely clean and maintained house that has absolutely everything you need for a short or longer stay. It is thought of every detail, from coffee and water, to spare linens, as well as all the necessary supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. The BBQ was cleaned and with coal available, which also rarely happened to us when we have stayed in similar houses. As we hit rainy days during our stay, we would certainly come back again with the kids and friends in the summer to make the most of the nice and sunny yard as well as exploring the surrounding area!

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

The experience can be described as "visiting theclosest relatives". Alex and Radi are more than hosts, they are friends, family. You feel cared for there, like home! A magical place made with a lot of love and giving love and coziness!

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

Away from the busy resort in a beautiful forest setting. Apartment was really nice except some minor things. Restaurant food was not very good so highly recommend to cook your own food. Beautiful surrounding but you’re better off with a car.

Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

Me and my friends had great time there. In the house you can find everything that you need for a wonderful weekend. If you are with kids there are toys and you can also find board games.

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

my wife and i, once again, truly enjoyed our stay in Blagoevgrad. Lilyana's apartment is a big part of the reason why. it's perfect for our needs and is in a wonderful neighborhood in the center of town. Lilyana, as always, made us feel so welcomed and at home!

Very nice,remote place for people ,who want to get away from dust,noise and generally people.Also it’s only 9 km.away from sanatorium place in Momin Prohod,which was my everyday destination.Nice walking trails in the woods.And the best is ,you have spring water for yourself in the bathroom! I would like to come back again!

Great place with a large common area that can easily fit 6-7 people. The parking spot can easily fit 2 cars and there is very nice BBQ outside (the hosts even prepared it for us TWICE). The hosts are in a nearby house (connected to this one without direct pathway). They we close enough for us to know where to find them if needed but never felt like we're being supervised. The house is pet-friendly! There are enough plates and utensils in the kitchen. The down floor is very warm although the floor was a bit cold so we’d recommend wearing footwear. The bedrooms are on a separate floor that is not connected to the common area so you’ll have to go outside for a moment.

Had a wonderful stay at Asen’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to the city centre . The host was amazing , very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Blagoevgrad!

We had a great stay at the place, it was very clean and actually more spacious than it looks in the photos. Location is great on the outskirts of Borovets’ center. I highly recommend to all guests.
