This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer numerous spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground) where a magnificent swimming pool (10x5m) is also integrated. 🐕🐈 Garden is enclosed & pets are welcome (a pet fee applies). Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!
