We had an amazing stay at this villa! The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking. The welcome was exceptional, and we immediately felt at home. The in-home chefs were incredibly kind and prepared delicious meals. The experience was truly luxurious, and our hosts were always available and responsive, offering great suggestions to enjoy our time there. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The accommodation is colonial and very well organized. It is very well located, in the surroundings you can breathe the city air and find everything you need within walking distance Our children loved it. Recommended!

We had the very best time staying at this Airbnb in Mindelo! The place was spotlessly clean, sensibly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – central but still quiet – and we were able to easily get to many attractions, restaurants and beaches by bus. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly. We particularly appreciated the little touches that made the stay particularly pleasant. We will definitely be back and can fully recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique, three-level flat with a quirky minimalistic design and a touch of artistic flair. It’s a space that feels both comfortable and inspiring — perfect for anyone who enjoys something a little different from the typical rental. Storage your food well as there are ants! The communication with Hugo, the owner, was excellent. Even though he lives abroad, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Mizzy, who is onsite and manages everything locally, was fantastic — friendly, proactive, and quick to assist with anything I needed (sadly does not speak English so be patient). There was a temporary internet slowdown during my stay, but it was resolved within a day thanks to their quick action. The flat is in a safe area, just a short walk from the Marina and very close to two supermarkets (less than 2 minutes away). However at night, it’s wise to be cautious everywhere in Mindelo — travel with others or take a taxi

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

After having a little trouble finding it, Filomene's welcome was great. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Very conveniently located with the beach or the city center 15/20 min walk, the shisha bar 2 min was great. For a single person or couple who want to discover Mindelo, it's ideal! I'll come back on my next trip down there.

Our stay was in a word great, it is a beautiful penthouse with sea views just outside Mindelo. The host Tânia with her buddy Pery literally constantly stood by for us, very nice to be received so hospitably. Mindelo is about a 30-minute walk away, but they make sure that someone is constantly ready to bring you, they also arrange nice trips for you like swimming with turtles. We have never felt so at home on holiday, so a super recommended, a thousand thanks to Pery and Tânia, you are great!

Bohème (from Filomena Apartments) is perfect! My trip to Sao Vicente was meant to relax and that was completely successful. Nice with coffee and a book in the morning sun on the balcony. Wake up under the super clean shower with a good jet. And then walking to the (super)market, the beach or an eatery - choice enough within walking distance - to come back at the end of the afternoon for a siesta in a wonderfully cool bedroom on a nice mattress. In the evening I cooked myself - also the kitchen is full of comforts - or one of the famous taxi drivers took me to the most beautiful places in Mindelo. You can have a great time in the beautiful apartment (e.g. Netflix on the TVs and table games) but on the island there is plenty to do (e.g. car tour along Salamsa and Monte Verde etc.). Elida and Nuun have good tips and the residents of Sao Vicente are happy to show you their island. Just ask; people are really sweet and at Filomena Aprtmnts you are in the best hands. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Very pleasant stay in Pedro's accommodation, the accommodation is large and very close to a beach. The environment is very quiet and a little far from shops provide a means of transport.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway and Maurits was the best host..his property is pristine and made us feel right at home!!! I believe he went above and beyond to make our stay seamless…we will definitely be back!

Great experience!! The flat is big, clean, cozy and well equipped, very close to local shops and only a 5 minute walk to Laginha and 10-15min to the center. Public transport is also available nearby. Kayla was super communicative and did reply very fast - the manager onsite is Olavo and he is just great, helped me big time with a lot of my requests and made my stay great! Great apartment to stay with a company, spacious. Nice kitchen and supermarket within a 1 minute walk. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the center. It's a great walk you'll be there in no time. Host is super friendly and quick to respond, you can ask him anything!
