Studio apartment on an avenue parallel to the beach, less than 4 minutes on foot. MODERN, optimized space, with comfortable bed and sofa, both QUEEN, AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET and ALEXA, in addition to the beautiful SEA VIEW. Building in front of the market, next to famous snack bars and a variety of restaurants, as well as being close to tourist attractions such as the cable car, hang gliding and Porchat Island, close to the VLT, which is another access to neighboring cities such as Santos. Not enough parking, especially on high season holidays.

It is very close to the Terraço Restaurant, the Mirante designed by the architect Oscar Niemeyer and the Isla Bonita Dance Club. Guests can use the ping-pong and foosball tables.
