Easy check-in and check-out, Marcia's space was a pleasant surprise because it is very complete, it has everything you need. I have an autistic daughter with food selectivity, so I always try to stay in places where I can cook the food my daughter eats, and at Márcia's place I felt at home. Another important point is the cleanliness, everything is very clean and organized. The washer/dryer is a great differential, as it allows you to wash your clothes without having to carry a large suitcase. The air-conditioning for me is also essential... The decor is very cozy and makes the stay very pleasant. Marcia is very friendly and always available. The only negative point is the limited parking spaces, I decided to leave the car in the condominium and taking Uber worked out really well too. However, all the positive points easily outweigh this. I recommend and would be back for sure.

It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

I only have to thank Lilian. The studio is great, the view is amazing! Everything was perfectly tidy and clean. There is everything you may need in kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. Fans and air conditioners working perfectly. The gatekeepers were very solicitous and kind at all times. There is a little market inside the building itself that helped a lot with items that we forgot. Everything was wonderful... We felt at home!!! Lilian is a perfect host and we hope to be able to return soon!!!

This was one of the best homes we've ever rented on AirBNB. The house is excellent, well located and as advertised. Cleanliness and details go a long way! The house is complete, has a wonderful spacious area, not to mention the benefits of staying in a safe condominium. From the reception we already felt welcomed. It met my expectations. Clean and complete house. We carried utensils that didn't even need to be used, as they already had in the house. Very close to the beach. On the side of the house and on the parallel streets there are grocery stores where you can find almost everything that can be bought in markets, including fresh breads, but if you are by car, you can get to large markets in up to 6 minutes. The neighborhood is quieter, does not have the agito of Ocian for example. It's very good to rest, my family and I enjoy a lot

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Rosa’s beautiful villa! The place was cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The warm pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights – especially the jacuzzi in the evening. When we had a small issue with it, Rosa was incredibly attentive and made sure it was up and running again quickly. Rosa made us feel welcome and cared for. The villa was very clean and well-kept, with a spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great throughout the house, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was very safe and secure, and just a short walk or drive to the beach and nearby supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. Thank you, Rosa, for being such a great host. We'd definitely love to come back.

I loved staying at Lorenzo's apartment, I felt at home, I was surprised when I got there because it's better than the photos, extremely clean and organized. Lorenzo made us very comfortable, and was always available to answer questions. The condominium is beautiful, a wonderful pool just isn't heated, you just cross the street and we're on the beach. I'll definitely be back.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
