Vacation rentals with a patio in São Simão

Joana’s home is the perfect location to explore Lisbon. It is very close to a lot of shopping and tourist attractions. There are tons of restaurants options available within close proximity. I would love to stay in Joana’s home again when I come back to Lisbon.

Artur was an incredible host and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations, flexible check in and luggage storage options, and a thoughtful welcome gift for our group. Him and his family were proactive and responsive in communicating, which made our stay a breeze. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). The location was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist sites, and accessible via metro and tram as well. I highly recommend Artur’s home for anyone hoping to explore Lisbon!

Ana’s apartment was great and just like the photos. Ana was super helpful and responsive to all my questions and gave us great food and drink recommendations. Would definitely recommend checking out Vino Vero and the Secret Garden.

A wonderful location, within easy reach of the trim/bus lines, and an easy walk to numerous restaurants. Private with a lovely patio. Responsive and helpful hosts. After exploring the city during the day, it was great to return to relax and unwind.Highly recommended!

I would recommend this apartment for those looking for a hostel in a very nice not noisy neighborhood. Close to the center, 5-6 euros by taxi) The apartment is as described. Clean and neat. A beautiful terrace has a wonderful view of the river and the neighborhood. We enjoyed everything, no downside, so to recommend.

It's a spacious apartment. It is true that we have only used it for sleeping, but it has a large and well-equipped kitchen if you want to use it. The best thing is that each room has its own bathroom. Nearby subway transport to downtown Lisbon. No problem. Just a small suggestion... when you get to Moscavide and enter the address... it turns out that there is Rua de Moscavide and Avenida de Moscavide and both are relatively close... it initially confused us...heh! It wasn't the street...except for the incident, everything was perfect!!! Very comfortable beds and everything was clean.

We had a great three-day stay in this nice, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The small garden is a great asset. We enjoyed the warm welcome from the hosts, the little touches and the calm of the place. Very easy to park the car near the apartment and take public transport to get to the city center. Wonderful place to stay! So conveniently located to the beach, grocery shop, restaurants etc. Bruno’s place was perfect for us and our two young children. Great view from main bedroom of the ocean.

This was our second stay at Luís’ house, and we will come back again I’m sure! Luís and his daughter Mafalda are such sweet hosts. Luís was also very flexible with us when it came to our checkin and checkout and our request to change the dates of our stay. The house is so clean, the bedding was so warm and cozy! There is a nice enclosed courtyard which is perfect for our cat daughter. We love this place and look forward to returning! Thank you, Luís!!!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very pretty the furniture is complete and recent, there is everything you need and even a nice fireplace for grilling. The place is quiet, not far from the beach (by car) and small shops to do the commissions.

We were very kindly received by Mariana in her VERY clean vacation home. The house is quiet, which we enjoyed very much. I find a rental car necessary to explore the area a bit. In a few meters you can walk to the lagoon and the sea. We received plenty of recommendations and tips from Mariana and she was able to help us super quickly with questions and helped us a lot with a company we wanted to visit. Thank you again!!! We felt very, very comfortable! A small fine cottage for a quiet stay for two. By chance, we were recommended a great restaurant (about 10 minutes' drive): "BAR DO PEIXE" We were there twice in our vacation week, because the food and the view right by the sea was simply fantastic! Highly recommend! Portugal is great and the people are so helpful and friendly! Thank you very much! We will be happy to come back!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

The house is very spacious—perfect for our family of four and easily comfortable for up to three couples. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering all our questions and even bringing us extra tissues when we asked. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A highlight was discovering a lovely nearby café with delicious homemade food! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We only stayed for one night and didn't spend that much time in the apartment. However, it was a good place with everything we needed. Filipe was very helpful and communicative. The road to the city center is walkable but pretty busy.

Very large and cozy apartment in the center of Setubal. Very close to the port and to all coffees and restaurants. Well equipped. Marika is always easily accessible. If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is not the place( every evening there are concerts right in front of the apartment) . But that was for us no problem. Very recommended!

We had an amazing stay in Beloura, just a quick 10-minute drive from the main attractions in Sintra. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out. One of the highlights was the patio, which opened right onto a walkway leading to the pool — perfect for relaxing. Bea was the perfect host — warm, thoughtful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She genuinely cared about our comfort and made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was super convenient, with a great pizza and sushi spot nearby, plus a grocery store just around the corner. Only downside: the gym and sauna weren’t available — but everything else more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay again!
