Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in São Simão

We had a great stay. Within walking distance there are great restaurants and the beach is walkable but also only a few minute drive! The place was exactly as described and super cozy. The town was also very peaceful and was generally very quiet (still off season).

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Christoph was a warm and friendly host with whom we had several nice chats including when he invited us and our little dog, Jimi, for sundowners and coffee. Christoph was very welcoming to us all, including Jimi, who made great friends with his dog Lara. He was very responsive to our needs, although we had no problems other than that Jimi would have liked to have spent lots more time with Christoph and Lara! Christoph kindly solved this problem for us at our request by creating a barrier between Jimi and his and Lara's private space to stop Jimi from becoming a nuisance! Christoph is very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding areas and recommended some nice places for us to visit. Christoph has created a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home for his visitors and we would highly recommend Casa Belavista to anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Poprtugal. Amazing place with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. The check-in with Isabel was flexible, and she was very friendly when welcoming us to the property. We only stayed for 1-night, but could easily see ourselves stay for longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Arrábida! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every day was a dream. The rooms have a sea view and were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more — all the appliances were top-notch, which made cooking super fun and easy. We especially loved the fireplace in the evenings. Mariana made sure there was plenty of wood, and it made the space feel really cozy. Mariana was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!!

We stayed here with our two young kids and it was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable for a family. They left so many thoughtful touches like nice shampoo and espresso pods. The location and access to all forms of public transportation (trains, trams, busses and metro) can’t be beat. I’d recommend this spot to anyone!

Claudia and Tina were wonderful hosts. Very hospitable. Tina showed us the flat and how everything worked and left us a nice bottle of wine. Claudia sent us a bountiful list of recommended local eateries and places to visit. They were friendly, response, and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was located in a residential area. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk downtown. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Carla is a great host, responsive and caring. i would highly recommend it!! I know Sesimbra so unsurprisingly the accommodation is in a very good location, those who love sunsets will love it! Special mention for the bedding, very good quality and even for children!!

Beautiful apartment for our stay in Lisbon. Really close to lots of nice attractions such as the castle and viewpoints and easy to walk down to the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby to eat and also easy to access through uber if you want to go further afield. The pool and garden space is a particular highlight of the apartment - great to relax in the afternoon post sightseeing! Wonderful communicative hosts who were very helpful with recommendations and accommodating of our check in and out times. Would highly recommend a stay here and hopefully we will come back for another visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Duques Villa. Completely renovated historic property with plenty of room for two and all the modern conveniences. Extremely clean and comfortable. Relaxing outdoor area shaded by fruit trees with view of the river. Our host Lucinda was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Short drive or invigorating walk to city center. Recommended!

Luis's apartment is the best. The truth is that it is well located, in front of the beach, you are a maximum of 20 minutes by Uber from downtown Lisbon, you have supermarkets nearby and also a sushi restaurant right next door that is amazing. So when you return to Lisbon, Luis's apartment is the place.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. From the apartment, we could visit many beautiful places, and it is still very quiet and private. The village is only 4 minutes away by car and also very nice to eat something there and spend time on the beach. The hostess provided us with everything we needed and was not intrusive. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

We highly enjoyed our stay and it has been one of the coolest Airbnbs we have stayed at! With it being located at the highest point in Lisbon, the views from the balcony were unmatched. We were very fortunate to have Joana as our host as she was very responsive, communicative, and so helpful. She helped us reschedule a restaurant reservation without asking after our travels were delayed and we are very appreciative. She gave us great local tips and recommendations and they did not disappoint!! The walk back up to the Airbnb is not for the faint of heart, but you also have a stunning view every day you step out to the Do Monte and it’s worth it. We would absolutely stay again :)
