The house is extremely well maintained, with organized and cozy environments. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals with practicality and comfort. The rooms are complete, spacious and have air-conditioning that works perfectly.

We spent 6 wonderful family days at the home of Moana and Antônio. House is just as in the description, all very clean, organized and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed, the backyard is large and very beautiful and the pool is great (it was cleaned every day), the children and adults enjoyed a lot. The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, several spaces with native vegetation, sports courts, soccer field, tennis court, children's playground, etc. The condominium has 2 accesses to the beach, one at the meeting with the river where there are several stalls and sunguard chairs, and also within the condominium there is parking to leave the car, the other access passes through a bridge that crosses a small pond with ducks, and the beach is deserted, without stalls or street vendors, on this beach has points where there are turtle eggs monitored by the Tamar project. In the region there are the beaches of Guarajuba and Praia do Forte that I recommend the visit. Lastly, the whole family loved.

The house is well organized and spacious. The location is very good, I believe that the condominium is 15 - 25 minutes drive from the best beaches. The condominium is also a ball show! And for those who are thinking of going without a car, you can rest assured! We had no problem asking for UBER in any day! I only have words to thank and highly recommend the house!

Gil's house is exactly as described, it has all the items for a good stay in addition to the excellent location, by the sea. There is a kiosk/restaurant and baianas de acarajé on the beach in front of the house. The atmosphere is peaceful, the neighborhood is pleasant and Gil was a very attentive host! I recommend and intend to return again times!

Our experience at Edson's house was amazing! From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, making everything easier. The house is just like in the ad, comfortable and very well cared for. We enjoy every moment and undoubtedly want to go back.

The house description is exactly as the house is, there were no surprises. The host was always available as well as the staff of the house. We were with two seniors and the accommodations were excellent for them. We just need to take our own anti-slip mat to the shower area, but nothing that is a problem. The house has absolutely everything necessary for a complete stay, from games for adults and children to more specific kitchen utensils, such as a shaker. The barbecue area is excellent and complete. The wonderful pool and the rooms are cozy, all with air conditioning and Blackout curtain. The house is spacious and the rooms well distributed. We only have compliments. Negative points: we did not find any negative points. I recommend it to everyone! We chose the best home, with an excellent hostess, with an extremely friendly staff and requests.

Bia's house is Gil was a great choice. The photos corresponds to the place and we feel at home. Bia and Gil were welcoming and attentive from the first moment and, even though it was a festive period, they responded very quickly, in addition to the usual education. I and my family are grateful to Bia and Gil for these days in their home.

Excellent accommodation! Extremely clean, organized and well-equipped house, I just missed a full-length mirror. Piruí beach is for all tastes, it has a quieter side and a more lively side in relation to the number of people. In relation to nature, it is stunning, it has beautiful natural pools and also has a part with waves, which is peaceful. Mr. Everaldo was helpful and indicated some places to eat. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Our stay in the case of Ricardo exceeded my expectations, small but well divided house and we do not feel cramped, all air-conditioned rooms, a very cozy and very well equipped house. Very smelling and clean bed and bath linens, the bedrooms are very comfortable, only in the suite I thought the bed could be queen. The natural pools of the beach are sensational and very close. The spice restaurant in front of the beach makes food and snacks very good and with an excellent price. Since you pay energy aside, I paid 170 reais using the air conditioner of the rooms for 4 days of heavy use, which did not bother me as it is becoming common for most accommodations to charge this fee. In a general evaluation, Ricardo's house is an excellent cost-benefit and I will definitely return as soon as I return to the region.

The owner is a wonderful person, I felt this energy in the house the moment I arrived, everything was clean and organized, not to mention the communication and attention in guiding and passing the nearby tourist spots, I will soon return with my family!

I went to a group of 13 people, all accommodated very well and felt at home. Excellent house, as well as in the images. It had easy access to the beach, excellent location, close to beaches, markets. The house is as beautiful as seen in the photos, super fashionable, well equipped and maintained, and with an unparalleled view. We enjoyed the tranquility of the condominium as well as its extensive and almost private beach. While the sea is somewhat moved, in the case of our children it was a plus to have fun with the waves. Paloma was a super correct host, with all her directions that were very useful. And Sol, Divine, proposed alternatives according to our tastes and overcomed at every opportunity. A super recommendable place that does not need visits to many beaches to recognize how cute they were in front of us

Very comfortable house, clean, airy, very nice balcony and garden. We went with a child (2 years) and elderly and had days of great tranquility. The larger suite is great, very spacious we put mattress for my daughter. It has two good bedrooms of two beds each, and a small suite that accommodated an elderly woman very well. Close to the beach, quiet condominium. I recommend it and plan to come back!

I spent two nights at Josemar's place - I didn't leave and I didn't have any very big demands outside peace to rest and reflect. You delivered very well in this, the sunrise and the sunsets there are amazing! Unique though was a neighbor who heard loud all day and night (until dawn) and a nearby house that cooked with kerosene and left a bad smell in the space, but nothing that broke expectations :)

Personally better than in the photos, place very close to the beach, literally just across the street, close to the center for shopping and lunch. Wonderful pool, cozy house, behaved well and well-equipped.

Waking up to the sound of the sea and a breathtaking sunrise is an experience I recommend to everyone. I went with my family, we had fun and relaxed a lot, it has a swimming pool facing the sea, which was undoubtedly our favorite place, in addition to the delightful balcony with hammocks. The condominium is a family environment, calm and safe, we are already planning to return! The hosts are helpful, flexible and leave nothing to be desired, which contributes even more to this amazing experience. Extremely clean and organized environment. Quiet condominium, with a family atmosphere. Very helpful host! We really felt like home! The neighborhood is simple but well located. Close to small markets, pharmacies, snack bars, restaurants and local and beach goods shops. Great for those looking for peace and rest with family.
