We stayed for a weekend, spacious, comfortable house, with impeccable cleanliness, plenty of trees, ventilated and according to the photos in the listing. Showers and air conditioners working perfectly, clean pool, the house has all the essential household utensils. Safe and organized condominium. We felt at home. My pets also enjoyed the green area a lot. Mr. Humberto, very attentive and helpful, gave us excellent tips to make the most of the house and the best beaches in the region. I recommend it and have returned other times.

The accommodation was perfect, the residence is new and wonderful with a very clean house and pool, the location is centralized in relation to all the tourist attractions on the north coast of Bahia. The Condominium is very quiet and has rules that are followed. Access from the house to the beach and Barra do Jacuípe can be done on foot. There were no negative points

The house is excellent, spacious, with various facilities such as TV, washing machine, barbecue, ping pong, frescoball and beach chair. The house is by the sea and if you want it is possible to take a walk to the meeting of the sea with the river... The beach has signage of the Tamar project, even we have seen some puppies, too beautiful! It is well worth resting as a couple or with friends. By car, in about 20 minutes it is possible to access the beach of the fort, great for strolling through the night.

Really spacious and well-equipped house. It was a very pleasant stay with our family. There were 17 of us, but it had mattresses and extra space for more people. All air-conditioners work. Great space for kids. Full kitchen. Excellent pool area. Very good price in relation to everything. Nothing to complain about. We were pleased with Kátia's hospitality. An excellent host. ❤️

The stay at Luiz and Genivaldo's home was excellent. A very pleasant environment to get together with family and friends. Large living rooms and kitchen. Rooms with air conditioning. Pool with always pleasant temperature, does not need heating. Wide dog play yard. Excellent barbecue environment as well. I really enjoyed talking to Genivaldo, Luiz's father, a very attentive person. The township all went as we thought. I could not help thanking Helena for cleaning the house and excellent food for us (bobó and fish/shrimp moqueca). They were very happy days.

we love our weekend , 05/02/25 to 05/05 /25. we enjoyed the house well as it was raining a lot the whole time. very clean house without any kind of insect. oh ! i also liked the fridge and freezer chilling well, usually these things in the beach houses suck. return would quietly , if God allow, soon, soon. thank you very much Catarina , your home is wonderful.

We went with family and friends and it was simply wonderful! The house is huge, super well maintained, with a beautiful decor that makes the atmosphere super cozy. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect, we really enjoyed it! The service of the host, Micaela, was impeccable — super attentive, always available to help with whatever we needed. The cleanliness of the place is also worth mentioning, everything is very organized and impeccable. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they made us feel super comfortable. 24-hour security also gives you a huge peace of mind, especially when you have children. And the complex is very complete, it has everything we need: bars, restaurants, courts, shops... you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. Those were incredible days, only good memories! We're already in the mood to come back!

Great accommodation! Host always with clear, super attentive information. The house is even better in person, fully equipped house, comfortable beds, air in every room, hot shower. Super comfortable, super safe place. Caseiro would go every day to clean the pool and also proved to be available for any need. We love everything, a place of peace near Salvador, we will definitely return more often.
