Castanheiro

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Apartamento da Praia

Apartamento da Praia is part of The Garden Residences a deluxe condominium sitting within walking distance of the beach. The condominium garden and swimming pool enable guests to enjoy our temperate climate in relaxing surroundings. It is located on the southern coast of the island of São Miguel near the beaches of Pópulo and Milicias (5minute-walk), only 5 km away from the centre of Ponta Delgada, and 7 km from the airport. The natural pools in Lagoa can be reached in 10 minutes.

Pineapple House I

Sleep among the Azores Pineapples 🍍✨ Cozy house set on a property dedicated to the iconic Azores pineapple. Private parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning included. Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability. Please let us know your expected arrival time in Ponta Delgada so we can arrange check-in. We recommend renting a car.

Lucky Life- Sea front house in the city limit

House in the city, with 104m2, facing the sea, with direct access to Avenida do Mar. Completely renovated in 2017, it was named after my dogs, Lucky and Life, out of affection for them and the desire that all our guests have a Lucky Life. The exterior design of a 1950s family home was maintained, but with a modern, clean, cozy and comfortable interior, which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the bay where you can relax, with a dining area and barbecue.

Quinta das Flores

Old, restored house, integrated into a magnificent garden. Swimming pool and gym. Close to Ponta Delgada, with good access to the entire island. Ideal for relaxing vacations in contact with nature, both in summer and winter. It has air-conditioning and two fireplaces, which give the house a lot of comfort in the winter. Modern beautifull house just across the street from the beach, nice restaurants and 4 mins with the car to Ponta Delgada center. Nice walking area with street gym and places to swim. Nice view to the ocean, super market 50 metres away, bus stop, post office, farmacy and butcher. Free parking around or in the garage. There's a coffee and some locals around.

Beach Apartment - SunsetAzores

The "Beach Aparment" is situated in front of the beach of Milícias - Pópulo, 4 Km from the center of Ponta Delgada. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy family time. The accommodation has cable TV and WI-FI. You can use the tennis court (following the rules of the condo).

This old wine cellar was reconstructed in order to be a practical house and provide comfort for those coming to visit São Miguel. It is located in the outskirts of Ponta Delgada in a calm place surrounded by woods and green fields.
