Vacation rentals with a patio in São Nicolau

Perfect place to visit Sao Nicolau, on the beach and a few minutes from the port. Air-conditioned, the rooms all have the comfort possible and the staff is very good. I recommend it!

Edificio Mágico is a great location for a stay in São Nicolau. Convenient for port access, its location also offers a great view of the Tarrafal beach and the city from the bedroom terrace but also from the terrace where a hearty breakfast is served for a reasonable price. The apartment was well equipped and the staff has great tips. I recommend it.

We spent a week at Edifico Magico on São Nicolau and had a wonderful time here, which is certainly also due to the friendly staff. The furniture of the accommodation is a bit outdated, but this is COMPLETELY in the background with all the positive aspects: - We were met at the ferry - Breakfast was delicious (fresh fruit, omelette, juice, coffee, rolls with cheese or jam, ... ) - The staff was loving throughout with our baby - There is a lot of valuable tips for excursions. (We were hiking with Edson once and also took trips on our own - both were great. We certainly wouldn't have found the hiking spot without Edson at all. We organized the tour to Carberinho ourselves (taxi/Aluguer appealed) and thus saved money.) - Our apartment was cleaned daily. - There were no ants, cockroaches or other insects (absolutely not self-evident as we know about other islands!)

Edifício Mágico has a perfect location, right in front of the beach Praia d Tedja, close to all places of interest in Tarrafal, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, museum, 5min walking distance to the harbor. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, hot water in the shower, comfy bed, good Wi-Fi connection, nice terrace with ocean view. Recommended.

João was a great host - always helpful and responsive. There are no streets and addresses per sé in Fajã but the house was easy to find by the main road. It's a really lovely villa, beautifully furnished and with great views. My room was spacious and super clean. João arranged for a lady to wait for me there and check me in. I also had access to a fridge which was really helpful and I appreciated insect nets in every window. The only thing that can be potentially improved is getting wifi in the house.

Large bright room with large balcony. We had our own bathroom, in the other rooms two always share a bathroom. Communication with Fatima (mother of Joao, who lives in Lisbon himself) was friendly and helpful, a bit cumbersome about Translate in the beginning, but then always better about advice and signs... Fatima made a wonderful breakfast for us every day (but not part of the "official" offer). Kitchen can also be used. This is helpful as the nearest restaurant is about 3km away (Restaurante d'Anna in Estancia de Bras, highly recommend). Fatima quote: "You come as guests and leave as a family."

We were well received by Fatima, beautiful person very kind to us, she served us as good, very hearty breakfasts and found us bruisers as soon as we needed them. The accommodation is very nice and clean. We spent three peaceful nights there. We recommend it
