Vacation rentals in São Nicolau

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. Every evening we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

We love the location, right by the sea, beautiful very large space with French doors, nice on the sun. Plus, there is a roof terrace. It's a 3 minute walk to a fine seafood restaurant and 10 minutes to the centre of Tarrafal. There is a supermarket and some shops, a bank with ATM and nothing else. No boulevard with beach tents and terraces. Ideal location for peace seekers and hikers.

This apartment is one of the most impressive apartments we've ever visited. Both the construction of the house, the location, the amenities and the belongings in the house were of very good quality. There is one thing that gives it even more value: the neighbors in the surroundings. They are the most kind, supportive and good people we've ever met. And not only the closest neighbors; the whole town behaves in the same way. This gives this site more value and makes us want to return once a year on a fixed basis without going anywhere else. It should also be mentioned that we loved that during the entire stay we were basically the only tourists in the village and, except for the times we shared it with the fishermen, or we had with them to get the boats, the beach was just for us. We want to thank José and his cousin Ramiro for the hospitality and kindness provided during the stay. It's been 5 days in Paradise!

Perfect place to visit Sao Nicolau, on the beach and a few minutes from the port. Air-conditioned, the rooms all have the comfort possible and the staff is very good. I recommend it!

José has a beautiful three bedroom apartment. One room has a master suite. Fully air conditioned in all rooms. Kitchen fully equipped with an island! Washing machine and drier! Cooking stove built into the island, bar seats. Big L shape sofa, good size TV, hifi. Big balcony to watch the sunset, relax and dry clothes. Apartment is large, all rooms are a great size. Lots of sunlight in living room, kitchen and dining areas. 3rd floor apartment. A lot of stairs. No lift. Not suitable if disabled and require wheelchair access. José is kind, helpful and very friendly. He arranged a taxi for me to go to the pharmacy when I was ill. He called and messaged to check on me several times. I will never forget this. José was flexible with checkout as my ferry left in the afternoon and he let me stay until I needed to go to the port. I would definitely recommend his place. Only downside for me was slow internet and issues with water company restricting water from 23:30 - 07:00.

Excellent stay, the equipment was comfortable and very clean. Our host was very responsive and allowed us to enter the apartment before the scheduled time. We highly recommend it.
