A great place to relax. Well-distributed house with good furniture and very well equipped in the kitchen. The common area of the condominium is very pleasant. The pool is very good, we spend hours inside it, since it is heated. Congratulations on location and success.

Everything was great, new and tidy house, beach view, close to downtown street. I recommend it and would return.

Marvelous stay, with good space for 4-5 people. The apartment is equipped and clean. All new! The condominium has 3 more houses so it is a very private space. The pool is great, heated and with excellent BBQ space. Diego was very polite and kind enough to pass us sales close to the stay, which have fresh, delicious fruit! The candy village less than 100m away is also amazing. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, it is in a gated condominium with 24-hour porter and accepts animals. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Because it is a fully integrated environment, it provided us with wonderful moments with our friends and our dogs, who had a great time in the space. The house is fully equipped and new with good, comfortable beds, high-quality and clean linens and towels. The host Luiza was very attentive and friendly, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect with attention to every detail. Without a doubt, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back!

We loved staying at Luc's house. The house is super well located, very close to the beach and the center, with great restaurants around! The house is well equipped and super nice! I highly recommend it!

Anielle was very kind and attentive. The house is great, spacious (I recommend taking a hammock to relax on the terrace, which is well ventilated), everything was clean, electric showers with good water flow, air conditioning working, the pool is a delight. The condominium is safe and quiet, everyone liked it very much, including my dogs! =)

The house is perfect, lots of utensils, delicious green area, fantastic space. The bed is very nice, I haven't slept so well in a while. Your Adenio and the couple who help you, are wonderful people and always ready for anything. For remote workers, the internet is fantastic and working looking at that garden with a sense of peace and quiet, super relaxing. Despite having air conditioning, I didn't feel the need to call any day, the house is suuuuper ventilated. Quiet neighborhood, the only noise you will hear is the refreshing wind of São Miguel. For those who don't drive, it's possible to walk downtown without any problem, it's not a suuuper walk nearby, but it's also nothing out of this world. Here, the only problem you're going to have is not wanting to leave anymore. In 10 months on the road, as a digital nomad, this was definitely the best home I've ever been to. I want to return soon to São Miguel and I will definitely look for your Adenio!

Very good accommodation. Quiet location and at the same time very close to restaurants and the famous Rua da Xepa. Tatiana is super communicative and always available to make recommendations for restaurants and tours. We will definitely be back soon.

The house of Mayra is excellent,very well-equipped, spacious, airy, comfortable beds with all utensils for a wonderful stay, the city and beautiful residents very receptive, polite, always available to help, the beach and beautiful, it is even better to rent a quadricycle,as it has a very large sand strip. I mean the house of Mayara and wonderful, perfect place to practice the family and rest, I highly recommend

Quiet place, house near the main street. Nearby bars and restaurant. Wide outdoor area. Rapid communication with the person in charge. We very much like the stay.

Well located and very close to Maceió beach. The host is a great person and help with tips and quick to respond. The house has all the kitchen utensils and is quite comfortable, it was a wonderful experience the stay.

The accommodation is very nice and complete. I only missed blankets and pillows, but everything else is possible to find in the house. There are many bathrooms (which is great for large groups) and all were impeccable, as well as the rest of the house (all very clean). The location is different from the one on Airbnb and is approximately 900m from the beach, anyway you can walk. Emily always responded quickly and was very flexible with the checkout. The space met the expectations and needs of my family well. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!
