I had an amazing experience during my stay in an Airbnb flat! From the time of arrival, I have been greeted with hospitality and attention to detail. The space was clean, well decorated and super cozy, providing a "home away from home" feeling. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, allowing you to prepare some meals. Also, the view from the balcony was simply stunning, making each morning special. The host was extremely helpful and available, always ready to offer tips and recommendations. Great apartment for those looking for a quick stay close to the center of SJC. One differential is to have daily cleaning in the apartment. We will definitely be back.

The host was attentive from the first contact, very kind, cordial and helpful. The apartment was very clean, smelling, organized and cozy. We had a great stay with comfort and safety! The accommodation is very well located, with shops, restaurants, squares and parks very close by. We love everything and are sure that we will return to host with Monique whenever we are in SJC.

Fantástico! The Quinta is beautiful, super equipped, full kitchen, barbecue area, super comfortable and large rooms, super clean, delicious to be, super calm and easy to get from SP, but also great for celebrating (we did my bachelorette party and it was a pure fun, with band, bar and barbecue, delicious!!!). The campfire is everything and the pool is naturally warm. Sound is also top. We hired Cida and was essential, it helped with the cleaning and cooked delicious foods. Anyway, it was perfect and I only have to thank Marcio for all reception and care. We will definitely return!!

Everything was perfect! Check-in is super easy, the building is super quiet, easy access, the apartment was very clean and is a delight! For cooking, it has the essentials, glasses, corkscrew, everything right. The bed is very good and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Throughout the stay, Rafael was 100% available and answered questions super fast. We loved it 🥰

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.
