We had a wonderful time at David's apartment. He gave check-in instructions which made it go smoothly. He answered all our questions quickly. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and walking along it. The apartment met our needs for cooking some meals and relaxing. The apartment was quiet and the view is amazing. There was lots of space for 2 of us. The air conditioner worked great. We recommend David's apartment.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, extremely clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, very good condominium, apartment in front of the pool, not to mention Cintia, who is a lovely person and a superb cook, we love it and will come back more often.

The apartment is great, very comfortable, well decorated and even more beautiful than in the photos. It is well equipped and has everything necessary for the stay. The location is great and the condominium has a good structure. A plus is the washing machine in the apartment! Check-in and check-out were very easy and communication with hosts is great.

I went for a couple of days with a friend and I have to say that the experience was excellent. The owner was super nice and attentive at all times, which made the stay very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful and quite new, it has views that can't be missed and was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. Also everything was very clean, and I would definitely book it again. Dinorá, did not make you feel truly at home. The condominium is extremely safe , standing in the sand and super quiet without the turmoil of guests or residents.. it was very comfortable. Very clean, organized apartment and a real care of home. We will certainly return and flawless host.

The flat is exactly like in the pictures. The check-in went smoothly, and because it was a condominium, the keys were available at the gate. The apartment is beautiful, facing the pool, with an amazing view. The bed and bath linen was impeccable, clean and very smelling. The bathrooms were also well sanitized. The air conditioning of the bedrooms and the living room worked perfectly; we used it at 24°C, and the environment was very cold. Showers have great pressure. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with several utensils – highlighting the set of dishes, which is beautiful. The only thing it doesn't have is an airfryer, but there are several pans of different sizes. Another positive point is the water purifier, which offers cold and natural water, of good quality. As for the condominium is amazing, beautiful and over-organized. The structure has a convenience store that helps with small purchases. The beach foot in the sand, next to the Church, without waves, great for children. It's perfect. It was wonderful.

I was staying with the whole family and was very well served by Ramos who did everything to make sure we had great lodging. The house is very well-equipped, air conditioners freeze well in the rooms, the condominium is very nice and is a short walk from the beach. Everyone liked it and hope to come back in the future. I highly recommend it!

The house is very close to the beach. The sea is beautiful and the house is super comfortable. Robson is well organized and his house reflects this. We had a great time with the family. We were 6 adults and 3 children and I felt that the house welcomed everyone very well. We hope to return soon.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact, the location right on the sand is a differential, cozy look, warm sea and natural pools that favor sea bathing and facilitate logistics and well-being. The house is really spacious, airy and accommodated our group well. However, the attached suite, which is outside the house, did not meet expectations, as the room smells musty and the bathroom was not clean....no one was able to stay in this room!! When we arrived, we found problems with small leaks in 2 bathrooms and 1 damaged shower, which were practically solved by the employee sent by the owner, who was very attentive... we also requested the repair of the wooden access ladder to the beach, which although improved, does not offer the necessary comfort and safety. Beach umbrellas and chairs could be improved, as some were compromised and did not provide the comfort we expected. We found the change of sheets/towels to be time-consuming!! But, it was worth the stay!

My group and I had a great experience at Bianca's house. The house is of very good taste, with accessories and materials of good quality in addition to being well equipped for celebrations on the beach. The support team was also very helpful.

I spent a week with my whole family, with people from 1 to 70 years old, and everyone enjoyed it very much! The highlight is Helen and Nice who take care of the house, food, cleaning and making you feel good all the time! The beach is very deserted and we were very comfortable … I certainly recommend it as a great option!

I, my family and friends had a simply sensational experience at Casa Coqueiro. The house is perfect, with super cozy and well-kept environments, providing all the comfort we needed for our stay. The support team was excellent! In particular, Luís the homemaker was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to help us with any need. The hostess, Eduarda, was also flawless. From the outset, she took care of every detail so that our stay would be perfect and promptly met us in all the demands that arose. Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had in hosting. We recommend with eyes closed and we will be back soon!

Hello everyone! Personal, I was extremely surprised by the stay and the Resort. THANK YOU Danilo!!! VERY SWEET!! My experience was very enjoyable. I was with my mother for seven days, and it was possible to relax a lot!! Flat is great and we have necessary kitchen utensils. The view of the pools delights too much! Departing from the resort to the beach on the left side, walking for 25m we have there, natural pools due to the reefs, great for bathing and taking photos. I was not in a car and Tbm did not want to rent a car (I wanted to relax totally). I had no problem requesting Uber for round trip, back and rides. I leave a tip for those who tbm are without the car. The Uber app helps a lot. The expenditure is extremely lower. When I asked for a taxi to go to the city of Tamandaré, I was charged R$70 with two people for 15m by car. The app charged me R$12 And when I went to Maragogi, Uber charged me R$80 while the taxi charges R$400. Important, the door lock needs maintenance.

Super clean, comfortable apartment and exactly as in the photos. The location is great, with very easy access. The stay surprised us positively. I highly recommend it for sure!

The Augustus apartment is impeccable, close to the pool, the apartment has all the utensils needed for a family. Augustus very helpful, passed all the tips of restaurants, tour, etc. Our family felt at home. The resort's location is very good, very close to the town of sheep.

This was my second time staying at Carneiros Beach Resort and the first time in this apartment, and my experience only improves with each visit. The apartment is extremely functional, well equipped and organized, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. Gabriela was super attentive, always helpful and careful with every detail, which made everything even more special. The site, in itself, is a true paradise, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable moments. We love every moment and absolutely, if God permits, we will soon return to live new experiences in this amazing place!

Great hosting, comfortable apartment with all the kitchen structure! As it faces the resort pool, from time to time there is a lot of noise for those who like more quiet, but the reception staff resolved it when it was necessary! Outside the noise, smelly apartment, comfortable bed and close to the best beaches of the city!
