Everything was great, new building with all the necessary amenities to enjoy maragogi. Both rooms with air conditioning, internet ok and smart tv. The closest beach is very beautiful. What could improve is the quality of the water that comes very yellowish and seems to be common in the region.

We had a very nice stay there! The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. It was very close to the beach which was really nice. It was generally a peaceful area and we enjoyed staying there. Only downside was that the nearest village is about a 30 minute walk, we didn’t have a car so that was a little difficult but also a nice chance to see the surrounding area. Nina was really flexible and her friend who helped us was very nice and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Lourdes was extremely polite and attentive. The house is very comfortable, larger than I thought, and it was impeccable. I will definitely return to Maragogi and to the apartment at another time.

My carnival was perfect, I felt very much at home. First, I want to highlight Álvaro's full attention and warmth. Upon arriving at the house I was very well received by Mrs. Severina(wife of the housekeeper Wellignton), a wonderful lady, and a lot of requests, made me feel at home, the house was clean and impeccable, with a bed and bath . The house is huge, perfect accommodation, it's just like the Photos if not better. Easy to access, practically on the boulevard,nearby there are several pasta peaks, beautiful beaches, walks . Lastly, I loved it and highly recommend the house. Thank you Álvaro, God willing we will come back

The house is very comfortable, spacious and organized. Everything was clean, the essentials needed for a good stay are complete and the host and his wife are kind and solicitous. Although the path that gives access to the condominium where the house is located is still not good enough, because it is under construction which makes it a little distant from the main track, it was a good experience. The closest beach to the house is not so good for bathing, but it has great beaches nearby and the city center of São José is also not far away. Would recommend!

Recanto dos Oliveira's is a place really for you to rest because it's cozy and make everything you need available without leaving home. Host Arthur was always available for our questions and very attentive. Our family was once again delighted with #Sanzé and with everything we experienced in the place. We will definitely return to #Sanzé and if possible to the same accommodation as Arthur! 🤗✌

Wonderful Stay! Host Atacy was super helpful, very attentive! The property corresponds well to the listing. My family felt at home! For it is large and spacious. A huge TV in the living room. We love it! 3 bedrooms (2 with air and 1 with fan). We still had no problem. Comfortable beds, clean linen! Sleeps 9 people well. It has all the kitchen utensils. Which by the way surprised us. De Airfryer to pipoqueira. It's all! The condominium is very quiet, safe and perfect for the family. My nephews took advantage of the pool! Casa Pet Friendly that I loved as I took my puppies who love to stroll on the beaches that are beautiful by the way! Speaking of beaches…the condominium is on the main road the banks of BR between Pernambuco and Alagoas. That is, the location is wonderful! It is only cross that we are already in São José and soon after we have the beaches of Alagoas, such as Peroba, Antunes, Barra Grande and Maragogi! It's perfect! Super indico!

The stay at Maria Do Socorro's house was very good, the house is amazing, just like it is presented in the photos. The communication with her and her daughter Patrícia was also very good. The Caster Antônio and his wife were always on standby. The House is right next to one of the beaches of São José da Corona Grande , and 25 min from the beaches of Maragogi. we'll come back again and again.

I recommend the accommodation, we are extremely happy and satisfied! One of the best bookings I've ever booked! Spacious, comfortable, extremely organized and clean environment, furnishings and utensils in perfect condition! The outdoor environment is also super cozy, the pool is great!! The stay was great, everything was very close to the place, my family had a great time, everyone was able to rest well, the beach is practically in front, Vila Padre Arlindo very close could walk, and the markets were very close too, in addition to the restaurants very close, and the wonderful sheep beach.. highly recommend!!

Neide was super responsive, the place was super organized, it was very easy to find and despite having arrived after the agreed time, she was already on standby waiting for us.
