Summer house completely renovated, with new appliances, located in the center, on one of the main streets of the city, one block from the sea. It is close to grocery stores, bakeries, banks, post office, gas station, bus station, bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and cozy. Ideal for those who want to know the beaches, mangroves and estuaries of the Costa Dourada region, the largest area of environmental protection of corals in Brazil, the APA Costa dos Corais.

Vila Mendes - Close to Maragogi and Carneiros

The newly renovated house. In excellent general condition. 50 meters from the beach. Large house, with 10 bedrooms , being 6 suites (some with balcony and nets), with living room, dining room, TV room, work area with office desk, very airy, and wrapped in gardens. Large swimming pool with waterfall bar and leisure area. Great place for groups. I enjoy welcoming and so the house was prepared with all the comfort and affection for all of you. Come and enjoy some of this tranquility.

Comfortable house, close to the main beaches of the Northeast and Alagoas: Praia de São José is 150 meters away, where the main natural pool is located, Carneiros, Porto de Galinhas, Peroba, Antunes, are 15 minutes by car, we are 20 minutes from the center of Maragogi. The house has a garage, towels, linens, air-conditioning, fan, Folgao, refrigerator, microwave and household utensils.
