me and my family simply love the space, the super polite hostess attentive always ready to serve us, from the condo doorman to the building maintenance staff all very helpful I recommend this place and I will definitely come back, the house is fantastic everything perfect as advertised.

My carnival was perfect, I felt very much at home. First, I want to highlight Álvaro's full attention and warmth. Upon arriving at the house I was very well received by Mrs. Severina(wife of the housekeeper Wellignton), a wonderful lady, and a lot of requests, made me feel at home, the house was clean and impeccable, with a bed and bath . The house is huge, perfect accommodation, it's just like the Photos if not better. Easy to access, practically on the boulevard,nearby there are several pasta peaks, beautiful beaches, walks . Lastly, I loved it and highly recommend the house. Thank you Álvaro, God willing we will come back

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact, the location right on the sand is a differential, cozy look, warm sea and natural pools that favor sea bathing and facilitate logistics and well-being. The house is really spacious, airy and accommodated our group well. However, the attached suite, which is outside the house, did not meet expectations, as the room smells musty and the bathroom was not clean....no one was able to stay in this room!! When we arrived, we found problems with small leaks in 2 bathrooms and 1 damaged shower, which were practically solved by the employee sent by the owner, who was very attentive... we also requested the repair of the wooden access ladder to the beach, which although improved, does not offer the necessary comfort and safety. Beach umbrellas and chairs could be improved, as some were compromised and did not provide the comfort we expected. We found the change of sheets/towels to be time-consuming!! But, it was worth the stay!

The house corresponds to the listing, there are some caveats, but I have already passed it on to the host, who is, by the way, extremely helpful and attentive.

Fabrício's house is amazing! If I go back, I'll definitely stay there again. The house is airy, well lit, the furniture is new, there are several appliances in the kitchen, as well as general purpose utensils. The mattresses are excellent, it felt like I was sleeping at my house. The condominium is safe and easy to access. It was worth the experience! We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the house was already booked for another family. I highly recommend Fabricio's house.

Recanto dos Oliveira's is a place really for you to rest because it's cozy and make everything you need available without leaving home. Host Arthur was always available for our questions and very attentive. Our family was once again delighted with #Sanzé and with everything we experienced in the place. We will definitely return to #Sanzé and if possible to the same accommodation as Arthur! 🤗✌

Cilene is great host. Always polite and very helpful. The extremely clean house, squid and impeccable towels!! I loved the stay and hope to come back more often.

The stay at Maria Do Socorro's house was very good, the house is amazing, just like it is presented in the photos. The communication with her and her daughter Patrícia was also very good. The Caster Antônio and his wife were always on standby. The House is right next to one of the beaches of São José da Corona Grande , and 25 min from the beaches of Maragogi. we'll come back again and again.

I only have to thank Abraham for all the patience of Abraham who always answered me with great agility and removed all my doubts . The house is wonderful, clean pool, lots of clean sheets and even pillow. Of all the houses I've ever stayed with this one was the one I liked the most. I will return more often for sure .

The house is perfect. Nova, comfortable, clean and with all great quality and good taste. I spent the weekend with my family and we love the space. Larissa is a great host, she always responded quickly and was a lot of requests. Also stand out for the clerk Claudia who was perfect and divinely cooked. In front of the house there is the meeting of the river with the sea, so sometimes the beach is more "dark", but to a walk we find other beautiful beaches. Besides tbm be next to Maragogi and Japaratinga. Super recommend!

Ademário, the housekeeper, also, always available to help with everything and always anticipating to organize the entire space so that the guest can enjoy everything in the best way, excellent stay. The house is great, clean, spacious, prepared to welcome everyone. The beach is spectacular, I advise everyone to spend a weekend or a season there.

The house is beautiful, the big rooms that provide a lot of comfort. The service was excellent. A lot for those seeking comfort, a space of high standard and close to the beach. The center is just a 10-minute walk away.

Luciana and Casemiro were very attentive, even exceeding expectations regarding care and attention with us. The photos present the reality, some little things to adjust, but which they have already signaled that they will fix. We arrived with surprises and treats for children and even for the pet.

Host Hugo is very friendly and always available. The house is very large and cozy, great for families and groups of friends. I really liked the location, close to downtown São José da Coroa Grande and the beach. I highly recommend it
