The house is great for spending a few days with family or friends, resting and relaxing. Very nice place, spacious, beautiful, well organized. Very well prepared and structured barbecue area and swimming pool. House with well-organized bedrooms, large, good bathrooms, living room and large kitchens. The house is inside the furnas dam. It is not on the waterfront, but very close to places for bathing and boating. Tatiana guided us right and a simple survey shows us many options for walking around. Bakery and market very close. I highly recommend the place and I hope to return with my family.

Dorinha was extremely helpful, she directed us in all our questions, referred us to companies to do the speedboat tour. The ranch is beautiful, for my family who loves to fish, it was perfect! Tip: Put light on the pier 😉 The house was clean, with impeccable bedding. The space was nice, with a beautiful view of the dam. What's missing: box in the bathrooms and the toilet lid. But nothing that got in the way of our trip. We'll definitely be back !

The house is simple but very well equipped. it's a great place to stay in order to visit the local canyon.

Luiz was very helpful, attentive and polite. The apartment is very new, pleasant and with impeccable cleaning. I had no difficulty finding the place, the access is quiet, with paved streets and very close to the trade, about 5 minutes by car. The Internet, showers and air conditioners working perfectly.

All indicated matches. The owners are friendly and very attentive. I had a problem with the car and they were super proactive. The bonus was to have a filter with ice water, super friendly! Vale indicates that the access is by staircase and the apto is at 2ndo andar. The staircase has 4 flights that make it less tiring and less steep.

I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.

Augusto is very helpful and responds quickly. Peaceful condominium with a wonderful view. The indications of the tours were excellent, especially for Mirian in the 4x4 and Edinho in the speedboat. We'll be back for sure!!!

Extremely clean and equipped with new items, great double and single bed, air conditioning, minibar and closet to put some things. A bathroom with good space. In the outer area a table with chairs to enjoy the view of the lake. Amazing location with a privileged lake view, bakery/grocery/restaurant at 1 min. Fernanda um doce, gave great tips and always available to answer my questions. Fernanda has provided invitations to the Escarpas do Lago club, an excellent club, both the club and the suite are extremely safe places. I've had a great stay

The accommodation was a grateful surprise! Vanessa is a great host, always promptly answered questions (from when we closed to when we were staying). Me and my husband had to work home office and we spent the day in the apartment, a quiet place, without noise and with good internet. The apartment was impeccable, super clean, with excellent quality linen and towels. We will definitely return!
