Great apartment, well-organized space, it even seemed like we were staying in a house, the apartment was so big, everything was impeccable, we liked it and we already saved it for the next trip, 😍🙏 everything was clean and well located. Great stay.

The space met expectations, flexible check-in and check-out! The location is a little confusing to get to by GPS, with a dirt road... but we managed to contact the host and it was easy to find. It faces the Furnas Dam. It has a nearby market and also a restaurant. Thanks for the stay!

Bruna was very helpful and polite from the start. Nice place, close to downtown, clean and organized apartment. Bruna, in addition to being a great host, proved to be an extremely good and honest person, I forgot my necessaire in the apartment and she helped me deliver it to another city, always with great communication and willingness to help with something she didn't even need to worry about. If I go to Capitólio again, I'll definitely stay there.

The AP is very good! Clean and comfortable. Exactly as it is in the photos. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Edmilson was super kind to us and helpful The city is quiet and beautiful. Lots of tour options around the city. Great!

All indicated matches. The owners are friendly and very attentive. I had a problem with the car and they were super proactive. The bonus was to have a filter with ice water, super friendly! Vale indicates that the access is by staircase and the apto is at 2ndo andar. The staircase has 4 flights that make it less tiring and less steep.

Ingrid was very attentive and kind. She was flexible about the check-in, guided us about the tourist spots of Capitólio and was very helpful, a true Minas Gerais welcome. The stay was very good, a great value for the money.

The house is great for spending a few days with family or friends, resting and relaxing. Very nice place, spacious, beautiful, well organized. Very well prepared and structured barbecue area and swimming pool. House with well-organized bedrooms, large, good bathrooms, living room and large kitchens. The house is inside the furnas dam. It is not on the waterfront, but very close to places for bathing and boating. Tatiana guided us right and a simple survey shows us many options for walking around. Bakery and market very close. I highly recommend the place and I hope to return with my family.

Our family felt at home. The site really looked exactly like the pictures. everything very clean, equipped kitchen, spacious place. quiet place, easy access location, close to the city where it has all supermarket structure, pharmacy, fuel station.. The motorboat tour can be done without having to leave the ranch, bringing convenience and tranquility. Lucas is very helpful and attentive.

Comfortable, clean house with great location! Perfect for our needs. Host available whenever requested. I recommend if you want to get closer to the main tours, but you don't want to give up being in a quiet ( and beautiful) neighborhood. ❤️

I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.

Augusto is very helpful and responds quickly. Peaceful condominium with a wonderful view. The indications of the tours were excellent, especially for Mirian in the 4x4 and Edinho in the speedboat. We'll be back for sure!!!
