Everything is perfect in our hosting. The house is better than the photos. All the large rooms, good living area, everything working perfectly. The location is great, calm place and at the same time easy access to the sights. We were in 3 couples and the house behaved peacefully. Maria Rita was super quick in the answers and still left treats in the house made by herself. We recommend Maria Rita's house.

Dorinha was extremely helpful, she directed us in all our questions, referred us to companies to do the speedboat tour. The ranch is beautiful, for my family who loves to fish, it was perfect! Tip: Put light on the pier 😉 The house was clean, with impeccable bedding. The space was nice, with a beautiful view of the dam. What's missing: box in the bathrooms and the toilet lid. But nothing that got in the way of our trip. We'll definitely be back !

We had a wonderful four-night stay in this house, and we sure would have liked to have stayed longer. The house is impeccable, super clean and tastefully decorated, in addition to being surrounded by a stunning nature. Luciano and the caretakers were extremely attentive and careful, which made all the difference in our experience. It is the perfect place for those who want to spend quality moments in the family. The accommodation is identical to the photos, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. The space is very pleasant, we do not miss any items. We went in four people and we were well accommodated. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is very easy to find. The hostess is very attentive, responds very quickly, is always available!

I was in the condominium with my family on New Year's Eve in 2023, where I would like to thank the accommodation and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and also thank you for welcoming Lucas (Caretaker) and Débora, who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, all well cared for and clean. With the lake of Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with amenity in the sightseeing by speedboat.

We loved our stay at Gilmar's ranch, privileged location. The ranch is even better than the listing photos. Gilmar was extremely attentive and always willing to help us.

We arrived 2:00 in the morning and it was easy to find the house. The house was very clean , ceiling fans leave the rooms cool. it has two bathrooms outside co showers and inside the house has a full bathtub with a hot shower. The clean pool and tbm kitchen with all kitchen appliances. Near downtown São João da Barra, a quiet and safe place. I recommend this accommodation with ctz and Wesley was totally helpful to indicate the sights and people for tours .

Extremely nice and quiet place. We had an amazing welcome, with John Lennon always super willing and kind, ready to help!! We definitely recommend and plan to return! In addition to the beautiful and gracious farmhouse, the waterfalls and canyons in the region are worth it!!

We are well accommodated. Comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and we found everything we need. The floor around the pool is slippery, but there's warning. The little dogs are gentle and polite, they guided us to the natural pools and waterfalls, which are a tour that can't be missed for those who visit the farm. The ambiance and pool was clean, garden well manicured. We spent the entire Carnival resting and enjoying the peace of the place. We recommend it.

Excellent value! The place delivers everything that is described in the listing. The house and pool are new and well-preserved. The house is a little far from the river pier, as the water is low. There are points for improvement in relation to the cleanliness of the gourmet balcony and maintenance of utensils, but nothing that hinders a great stay!

It was great, I arrived at the place Fabio was already waiting for us, even at a time outside the check in, very attentive, the inn is beautiful, super comfortable, everything clean, a great pool to enjoy the heat, we will definitely go back to know the beautiful waterfalls that have close to the inn, and carry out the 4x4 tour.
