My experience with hosting was excellent! The place is safe, cozy and very well located, with easy access to restaurants, a bakery next door and close to the mall. From the first contact, those in charge were extremely attentive, especially Monique, who was always willing to help and respond with great politeness. I recommend the stay and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very well located, organized, airy, well equipped and pet friendly. As we went with a child, one aspect that caught my attention was the locks on the doors leading to the balconies, despite them being quite high even for an adult. Since it has no protective screen, it was an excellent solution for those with small children. The team that works in the building is very friendly and helpful, we were super well received. Due to the good location, it is easy to go anywhere in the city, as long as it is not during heavy traffic hours. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

The region is quiet and safe, with easy access to the mall and various other shops and services. The hostess was always very attentive throughout the stay. The house of Julio was clean, spacious, had basic utensils for convenience. The hot tub was impeccable. The shower is not even mentioned, perfect. Júlio was super communicative and flexible. Our pets also loved the space.

A real loft! A place in Betim to live a dwelling experience. An open concept studio, that is, with plenty of glass, which allows you to watch the sunrise or sunset in detail. Claudiney gave all the necessary assistance, I was very welcome, feeling at home.

Marcelo proved to be an excellent host, the house is very good, the pool is great, in addition to having a soccer field to play in, which for us made the stay even more special.

Large room, spacious and covered garage, electronic gate that allows you to park the car without getting wet, place with lots of green area, quiet to sleep, external camera that ensures the security of the place. Congratulations!!
