Ranch 20 min from downtown Betim, 60 min from downtown Belo Horizonte, 30 min from the Inhotim museum. Complete: swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area. Lots of green space, total privacy. An excellent place for parties and celebrations. The house has 2 floors. The 2nd floor is closed without access. There are three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a king-size bed, a large social bathroom, a kitchen and two living rooms. As shown in the photos. The 2nd floor with another suite is available in special packages, New Year's Eve, Carnival, etc.
