You know that grandma's little house?! So, it's this sensational house that we stayed in, a large, spacious house and it is charming because it is old, but a modern old house, floors and old tiles but all impeccable, it is in the center of the city in a quiet street without noise, true peace, nearby market, nearby cafe you can do a lot on foot, all fenced and safe for those who go with their pet, ours was and felt at home. The host Jorge, who dealt with us the whole time, responded quickly and was kind enough to have received us at the door and also left a gallon of water (from Águas Prata) full of fresh water. We will return more often for sure.

Ana was super attentive from the beginning of the reservation until checkout! The place is beautiful, the house is super spacious and well equipped. The surroundings of Fonte Platina are beautiful. The teacara was the first in São João that we really felt we could spend several days without problems. well-equipped kitchen, several tvs, various places to relax and enjoy. The windows have a screen for insect protection. The pool was impeccable, we were told that they use ozone, an expensive treatment but leaves the water transparent, wonderful to swim. Points worth commenting on: there are dogs but they don't bother. There are other animals also such as chickens and fish, a homemade will feed them twice a day. You will be responsible for taking the trash from the brass in the trash can that is at a distance that has to be traveled by car, this may mainly bother the risk of the bag sticking and leaking into the trunk.

The Du helped us throughout the stay being always available, we were surprised by the house. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

The place is simply beautiful! Outside there are several trees, lots of green grass, flowers, plants, and always birds, which makes everything even more special. The jabutis are a cuteness apart and the pool is great for refreshing. Inside, the decor is super cool, full of artistic and original pieces. The vibe is rustic and at the same time quite cozy. It is a perfect place for those who want to disconnect from the noise of the city and enjoy the tranquility. It has cool restaurants nearby, and the host Gabriel is super friendly and helped me with all my doubts.

They were wonderful days! The place is more beautiful than the photos, all very organized, clean and cozy. All the bedrooms, perfect and the only bad thing, is that it went very fast and we feel like I want more. The housekeeper, Mr. Jair was very helpful, not to mention Serena, the most beautiful and affectionate dog of the piece. All veryooooo good, Mr. João, congratulations on the ready answers every time I needed, being very polite and helpful, note 100000 as a host. We were kindly welcomed by Dodo and Goreti with good talk, cake and coffee! The site has a beautiful view and is very well cared for, it was possible to notice the love and care in every corner. I was delighted with the diversity of birds and the beautiful fig tree. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable, very good internet sign, great bedding and very well-equipped kitchen. We easily found the site and an advantage is that we do not need to pass by dirt road, on rainy days it makes all the difference! It was days of rest and reconnection with nature! I, my family and our dogs love the whole stay!

If you’re looking for comfort and luxury, this is the place for you . It’s an amazing house with a garden and a swimming pool. If you’re lucky you can enjoy the fresh Brazilian fruit straight from the trees. What makes this place even cooler is the attitude of the owner - helpful, open and kind . Sirlei and her husband are super considerate. The place is far from the city and the only obstacle we saw was the toll the rest was everything was amazing, it is less than 10 minutes from the city of São Joao da Boa Vista, it is about 12 min from the supermarkets, amazing place very clean, wonderful pool barbecue, Smart TV. And the best of the hosts are helpful and always to help.

The house is very beautiful, well maintained, with all the necessary utensils, of great quality and in good condition. There were some groceries available that were very helpful. Overall, the house is great, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts are very attentive, polite and available. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay. For those seeking tranquility and comfort: this is the place. Everything with excellent taste, impeccable decor, bed linens and top bath. Only compliments to do. I will definitely return. Josi, the site manager was attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always concerned with well-being and at the disposal of everything we needed. I commend the part to the breakfast that when I read the menu, I thought it would be nice but when I ate, I was surprised. The breads, cake and fresh orange juice. 10!

Vinícola Três Batalhas is really a special place. The landscape that unfolds from the slope with the vines to the distant valley invades the house through the windows and doors, increasing the peace and tranquility of the place. The cozy house where we stayed, by the way, was very well preserved, organized and clean, which increased our feeling of comfort as if we were in our own home. This feeling is always reinforced by the kindness and friendliness of Geraldo and Angela, who were always available. The wines produced there are a separate chapter. Very tasty and with complex notes they bring unforgettable flavors and aromas that made the stay even better. It's really worth the visit!

The room is great, simple, with everything needed for the stay. It was extremely clean and organized. I suggest bringing linens and pillows, as is in the description.
