We spent days Incredible.. house is what is in the photos.. a lot of space.. everyone liked to feel at home we will probably be soon again.

You know that grandma's little house?! So, it's this sensational house that we stayed in, a large, spacious house and it is charming because it is old, but a modern old house, floors and old tiles but all impeccable, it is in the center of the city in a quiet street without noise, true peace, nearby market, nearby cafe you can do a lot on foot, all fenced and safe for those who go with their pet, ours was and felt at home. The host Jorge, who dealt with us the whole time, responded quickly and was kind enough to have received us at the door and also left a gallon of water (from Águas Prata) full of fresh water. We will return more often for sure.

Ana was super attentive from the beginning of the reservation until checkout! The place is beautiful, the house is super spacious and well equipped. The surroundings of Fonte Platina are beautiful. Ana left us some food contacts in the area, and they were all wonderful. We'll be back more often on other occasions.

The teacara was the first in São João that we really felt we could spend several days without problems. well-equipped kitchen, several tvs, various places to relax and enjoy. The windows have a screen for insect protection. The pool was impeccable, we were told that they use ozone, an expensive treatment but leaves the water transparent, wonderful to swim. Points worth commenting on: there are dogs but they don't bother. There are other animals also such as chickens and fish, a homemade will feed them twice a day. You will be responsible for taking the trash from the brass in the trash can that is at a distance that has to be traveled by car, this may mainly bother the risk of the bag sticking and leaking into the trunk.

The Du helped us throughout the stay being always available, we were surprised by the house. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

Great accommodation with great cost benefit

Very functional apartment, new furniture and appliances, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, bamboo cutting boards, beds and mattresses in good condition, good elevators, facial recognition system for access, electronic lock and what is hard to find, a great parking space! Distant walking distance from the central area, wide sidewalks and clean streets. Congratulations Laís for the quality of the property and its readiness and cordiality! Highly recommend!

Great apartment, quiet and safe neighborhood; close to the center and the city's main tourist landmarks. We felt at home. Very cozy. Communication with the host was great, he responded quickly to messages. Easy check-in and checkout, no hassle.

I recommend with closed eyes, very clean studio smelling organized, had everything I needed, the only thing I didn't have at the moment was air fryre, plus Lara from a look at everything and got one for us, Lara is very helpful attentive 1000 for her, before she even got to the studio already feeling welcomed, Lara does not measure effort to be perfect and yes it was perfect we'll be back soon, Lara super flexible on schedule, we follow the tips of tours she gave us everything was very perfect, thank Lara for so much affection you are wonderful congratulations 👏🏽 🌹 ❤️

Our stay was excellent, the hostess was very receptive, she gave the guidelines very clearly in the welcome, her tips for places to know were great which allowed us to make the most of our trip. In addition, the apartment is exactly as in the advertisement, garage space face the apt window, clean, organized and silent condominium.

Gláucia is very friendly and communicative, the apartment is very well equipped, excellent for 2 people. Very well located also, close to several sights, my wife and I were very well received by her who gave us control of the garage and the keys of the apt, gave us prompts and made us feel at home. Quiet accommodation, new building, family atmosphere, the apartment was very clean and has everything basic to spend a few days, the host took care of us in everything, responded quickly, helped us with instructions for the city, security at check-in, we'll be back soon. I recommend the place!
