Our stay was wonderful, everyone loved the house is good and wide, all very rustic and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere cozy space near the lagoon and the sea, pleasant atmosphere. Dona Rosa who is responsible for the house (Chaves) is a helpful and pleasant person very much requests in everything. Mirian the landlord is the quickest tenant to respond without mentioning that he is interested in leaving him as willing as possible and promptly! has met all our expectations... thank you very much for these wonderful days.

We love spending the weekend. It is a very family environment, calm and when we arrived we were very well received by the homemade Leandro, even had left on the table a basket of fruits. They are very attentive and what we asked for help, we were promptly taken care of. It should be noted only that because of the images I did not get a sense of what room 04 would be like, this one is in the room separated by a curtain, we had no problems, but I think something valid to be mentioned. Has plenty of space for kids to have fun, and it's very faithful to the pictures.

The place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet weekend and reconnect with nature. Sabiaguaba Beach is top dms and the sunset at Morro de Areia is a great order for an afternoon. Pleasant climate, light vibe and a lot of silence — ideal to rest and forget the rush. The region has some restaurants, and the space where I stayed was super cozy and dahora. O Del, host, was note 10: very receptive, always available to answer questions and give valuable tips of tours and places to know. In short: good vibe, great structure, and a host that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it! Please note: the time we went, a cat decided to "adopt" the kkk house very tame, but did not want to leave for nothing. We had to close everything for him to settle down, but in the end it was even funny.

Fabiano was extremely helpful, kind and very polite, the house is inside a fantastic condo with exit from inside the condo to the beach. The house is a show, has a perfect electric barbecue the pool is extremely pleasant, large. The home was very clean the beds very comfortable. Josi was helpful and polite and always responded promptly. Acasa is about 2km from the city that has numerous restaurants, bars. I will definitely return. If you are looking for a comfortable home for your group, this home is a great option.

The impeccable house! very beautiful cozy,clean, the mattresses all of the first quality very airy house,had everything in the kitchen we needed, air conditioning of the rooms all new a well organized house. The host of his super attentive Carlos,the homemaker, his very attentive Joaquim, also not to mention the environment outside the very wooded and quiet house I and my family will return more often for sure. Great stay for me and my family. Place of peace and quiet and breaks a wonderful sea view. Very kind host and the gatekeepers of the condominium always helpful. My family loved it and we intend to return at another time.

Flawless apartment, accommodated 5 people easily. Will was always very helpful and made us feel very comfortable too, it was really worth it. Close to the beach, close to the party we were going to, really perfect.

The space is very cozy and more beautiful than in the photos. The community of the building is very welcoming and gentle. The apartment is great for relaxing, working and enjoying some rest time - not to mention the kitchen that is great for those who enjoy cooking. Very safe too.

I stayed in Vladimir's apartment for a short kitesurfing trip. Know this condominium and the area well as was there several times previously. is a Great location for kitesurfing is only 5-minute walk from the beach and kite spot where you can pomp your kite for free in Almai Pousada spot for launching your kites. by bus you can go to Cumbuco center in 8 minutes is a free bus local bus and safe what i really lack the swimming in the condominium is a big swimming where you really can Swimme that is fantastic i recommend this place is a good value for money

Raimundo was an excellent host, always very helpful and kind. He cleared up any possible doubts, and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend his space and without a doubt whenever I go to Fortaleza I will return to the flat. Thank you for everything, Raimundo !!

Cristina and the little community that live there are amazing, everyone was very kind and fun. The water on the property is a little funky but there isn't much anyone can do about that. If we could have stayed longer we would have the surf and local jiu jitsu gym were everything we wanted and more.
