I had a great experience in the apartment. The place is super comfortable and spacious, with 3 bedrooms that accommodate a family or group of friends well. The balcony is a highlight in itself – perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon with the sea breeze and a beautiful view. The location is great, very close to the beach, which makes access much easier. The atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for those seeking rest, but it is also close to good restaurants and tourist spots in the region. I would definitely come back and recommend it to those who want to enjoy the best of Taíba in comfort and convenience.

The place is wonderful to rest. • Perfect ocean view • Cozy house • had all the kitchen items I needed • everything organized and clean • Very quiet condominium • Super comfortable bed and pillows. Commercial access, refrigerators, pharmacy and bakery are approximately 7 minutes from the condominium. I thought it was close.

It was an excellent week's slim. I recommend it to all the apartments and other spaces that Edward owns. He and his wife are extremely responsible and educated people. We are very grateful for the receptivity.

We loved the apartment in Taíba! It is super spacious, with 3 comfortable en-suites, towels and sheets for everyone, the apartment is in front of the pool and the playground, which makes it much easier for those with children, in addition to being on the ground floor. The host was super attentive — we had a power outage (something beyond the host's control) and he gave us an extra night, we loved it! Well-equipped kitchen, we just missed having an air fryer. In addition, everything was perfect! We will definitely return!

The apartment is perfect: well decorated, ventilated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. Comfortable bed, clean linens and towels, ideal for resting with the family. The location is excellent, in front of the beach and close to Lagoa da Taíba. Myself and my family love the place! I recommend it for sure and we are already planning to return.

Even before the on-site arrival, the service was already excellent. The very organized team gave us clear guidelines and in a very receptive way. The place exceeded expectations, as beautiful as the pictures. The service was spectacular, we had no idea that we would have so many perks. Breakfast was served according to the times suggested by us, with a lot of whim and organization. The staff are very well oriented to cleanliness at the least inconvenient times for the guests and kept the house always smelling. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel! I hope to return one day!

A very nice house, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, close to the beach, you can walk there easily, very quiet beach (if you want to enjoy the beach, bring a sun umbrella, beach chairs, water, etc. because there is no beach hut nearby). Vanessa is super attentive and always available. We were four adults and a little dog and the house served us perfectly, a well-equipped kitchen (I only missed a microwave), two en-suites and a guest bathroom, air-conditioning in the three bedrooms, a relief for the hot days of this period, but the balcony with hammocks is well ventilated in the afternoon, with visits from singing birds, butterflies and dragonflies, a delight! The pool is very nice and relaxing. House of good energies! They were moments of peace and relaxation, exactly what we wanted.

Our stay was incredible. The house is very peaceful, has a beautiful seafront view and it’s great design makes you feel immediately welcome. Christoph is definitely one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered and made our stay very pleasant by being caring and attentive. The house is looked after a great couple that have assisted us tremendously with finding a variety of services we needed (taxi, cleaning, cooking, baby siting) to name a few. We totally recommend staying there and are looking forward to coming back in the near future!

Everything was great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower in the social bathroom (in the service area) was not working, there was no shower installed. Another observation that must be made: the condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and they collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this annoying and embarrassing, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

My first time on the Airbnb platform, I really liked it, it's safe and the apartment is exactly like the photos, very good. And the host's service was excellent.

The experience I had was one of the best, I went with my husband and my son, they loved it. Marcus' apartment met our needs, a quiet, organized and clean environment. He always answered me in a timely manner and cleared up all my doubts. I'll definitely be back.

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

The accommodation was perfect for a weekend of rest and adventure — I took the opportunity to go kite sailing and the experience was amazing. The host was attentive and helpful at all times.
