Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

I was staying for a week at Rafaela's house, faithfully matches the photos, spacious, well-equipped house. It has all the utensils, for those that like to cook. There is market, bakery, pharmacy and nearby peixaria. Great quality beds,pillows, linen and towels The only downside is the distance from the beach. If it were closer, it would be the perfect home Anyway, I indicate for those seeking comfort, security and peace of mind.

Our days of unique family experience were wonderful at the Lamin River Refuge first for the energy of the place ! The beautiful and impeccable home in every comfort made us feel like a home ! The contact with nature through the trails , rivers and all surrounding forest makes us renew ! It was incredible days and the urge to come back ! Thank you

Rafael was kind and helpful from the start. He responded quickly and proactively. The house is extremely cozy and fully functional. The beach is wonderful. We'll be back for sure.

The apt is great, well furnished and the sea view is wonderful! The beach is clean and it's right in front. The building's pool is not very large, but fulfills its function, although the sun falls on it only until 1:00 pm or so. The building is not very tall and has few apartments, which makes it easier to maintain the place. There is a supermarket and restaurant very close by.

Marcos and family are very receptive and attentive , house like the advertised. I quoted two points to improve the milestones that is the staircase, which should have a guard, as it is narrow and high, and if the pool was heated it would be even better! But the house is very good, clean and a quiet place. I've referred it to several people and no doubt we'll be back.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

We had a great experience. New apartment and furniture, very clean, well decorated, faithful to the description. Great location. Zé Aurélio welcomed us in person, very friendly and helpful. Definitely our first option to stay in Itapoá!

My stay and that of my family was very pleasant. The apartment is excellent and cozy, its amenities allowed us to feel at home. Well located, it allowed short walks to the bakery, market and even the beach. Self check-in and self check-out were very easy, with detailed instructions provided by the host.
