Leticia made me feel right at home. She was very helpful, sweet, and very responsive. Very clean and organized!

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry room are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, because it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator at night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The place was so unique, we absolutely loved it. We just wish we could have stayed longer as our trip got rearranged . Such a beautiful apartment and the tub with the view of the city was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The place is very beautiful, everything was very clean and everyone is very friendly. I can feel the love from our Host, security guard and the cleaner. The whole apartment is beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, separate aircon for each room and a fully functioning washer/dryer. Also walking distance to Av. Paulista and all restaurant. More than recommended, I would return again and again

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos! Excellent cleanliness, easy mobility location and incredible view. But the main thing about my stay, with 3 children, was the attention of Host Luiz, who made us feel at home, and prepared everything impeccably. We arrived with groceries, fruits, cakes, juices, etc. all prepared and previously arranged with Luiz, who made our arrival feel like we were coming home. During the stay we needed an electric kettle to make the baby bottle for the youngest and it was provided and delivered within a few hours. From the time of booking, to pre-arrival and shopping arrangements, availability, proactivity, education and care of the host was something I had never experienced in any other stay. Simply sensational!

The building is very beautiful, with a gym, and is well maintained. The apartment was clean and beautiful. 12-minute walk to Santa Cruz Metro Station. The bed was very comfy. Behind the apartment is a building yard and a private house yard. Very quiet.

This is my second time staying at Luciana’s and I was once again very happy with my stay. I check-in and check-out was smooth and Luciana was always messaging me to make sure everything was right. The house is clean and spacious and I felt safe. Being so close to both the Avenida Berrini and Morumbi business districts is just great, not to mention being so close to shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is fully equipped and even better than my own. This is my go-to place to stay in São Paulo.

Everything was amazing! Nara was super cute and the house is beautiful! Cozy, safe, great place! We stayed a few days, but we would spend a season if we could, lol

Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
