Family-friendly vacation rentals in São Caetano do Sul

The location is perfect! The condominium is extremely comfortable, safe and well maintained, the market and 24-hour pharmacy are very complete and really helped us out. The apartment is also very cozy, has a good space and is well equipped, I didn't miss anything. I had a little setback at check-in regarding the instructions that should have arrived in my email in advance, but the host responded to me and resolved it super fast.

The apartment surprised me by being better than it looked in the photos. The building is excellent and very safe.

Ana is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. The location is just great, in the heart of the Paulista avenue, with a lots of options for all tastes, in a walkable distance. Good internet connection.

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great apartment, clean and easy to access. Clean bathroom and great shower! We entered the building and apartment by biometrics and password, respectively, making check-in easy. I recommend it!

Edwiges and his niece are very helpful and we gave all the necessary support promptly. The house is very well located, close to commerce and restaurants as it also appeared to be a safe neighborhood. Very good accommodation for large groups, we went in 8 people and we were very comfortable. I will definitely return!

Our stay was very pleasant! From the first contact, Eliel was cordial and requested. The apartment is well located, clean, airy and very complete. The combo: Comfortable mattress + window that seals light well + air conditioning helped us get great nights of sleep. We feel safe in the surroundings, even at night. Many services and restaurants nearby. We like it all!

Very good a stadia, local. Clean and tidy apartment, nicely decorated. As a tip I suggest leaving a blanket for the sofa bed.

Great! The apartment was wonderful because we needed to spend a period of 2 weeks and took care of us perfectly. There is a market in front of the building and for those who like to cook is a differential. The leisure structure is very good. Everything very good!

Livia’ flat is homely and comfortable. My friend and I stayed there for two weeks. Everything is provided, we really appreciated the extra towels and bedding ( plenty provided). Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the area is quite busy. Pool and gym are nice but there is not much sun by the pool due to its location. Recommended place.

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

All right. I recommend it. Great location, close to Paulista, but on a very quiet street. Well-equipped apartment, had everything we needed.
