The apartment is excellent, the attention to detail is impressive. Super well-decorated, towels and quality bedding, with various amenities from seasoning to first aid kit available. It was all clean and smelling the impression is that it is not a lodging but an apartment to live in. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and cozy, the apartment is small, which makes it difficult for people with mobility problems, but we expected this, it is just an observation for others who want to stay there, the host was super attentive and even offered another apartment to accommodate us better, the concierge was super well trained and prepared.

The apartment is beautiful, super well located and exactly as in the photos. Check-in was quick and everything was spotless. The decor is cozy, full of charm, and made us feel right at home from day one. We had a cold and rainy week and missed extra blankets, but Alexandre was super attentive and promptly resolved it. In the end, we didn't even use it, but he already left everything ready for the next guests, which shows the care he has with every detail. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment is quiet thanks to the well-sealed windows. Alexandre was always kind, helpful and made it clear that we could count on him at any time. My daughter and I felt very welcome and we will definitely stay with him again on a future trip to Brazil.

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second floor bedroom gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, even more so because I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

My stay was great! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and organized, with clean and fragrant bedding. The address was easy to find and the location is practical, right in front of a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all the comforts to feel at home, everything is very clean. Fernando, a very attentive, polite, humble and patient person. He cleared up all our doubts about the location, and recommended great restaurants, as it is a high-end neighborhood, the prices are above average, you have to be patient to search for places if you want to order delivery. We had doubts when filling the bathtub, and he immediately helped us. Very comfortable apartment, bed, pillow like no other, bedding, everything impeccably clean, apartment fully sanitized. I bought water, because I don't trust drinking from the tap, and there I didn't see... but there are all the utensils, soap, shampoo, etc. I highly recommend the stay, we spent only one night, but the experience was already very good!
