We had a wonderful time in this fantastic house! Everything was perfect – tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt super comfortable from the first moment. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and you can tell that a lot of love for detail was put into the furnishings. It is definitely one of the most beautiful vacation homes we have booked through Airbnb so far. We would love to come back any time – absolutely recommended!

Full house! Extremely clean and organized! Ideal place to rest! It's all very close. Only 14 minutes from the center. And 20 minutes from the tourist spot farthest from the city. We were well received and assisted in everything that was necessary. Super indico! We feel at home!

The rooms are spacious, well-lit and extremely clean, all thought out in the smallest detail to provide a warm and pleasant experience. The host, Rodrigo, was attentive from start to finish. Always available, he gave us all the necessary instructions and provided impeccable support, which made us feel even more at home. The apartment is clean and organized, with great location, good garage, extremely friendly and helpful caretaker. Check-in was easy and flexible. The shower is excellent — very warm and with good flow. The double bed, however, has the very hard mattress. Unfortunately, during the stay, the internet did not work, which was a negative point. Overall, the experience was good, but with some points that can be improved. I would stay again.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

We spent some wonderful days, knowing many interesting things. The apartment coincided with what was promised and was in a location a little far from the city center, which allowed a lot of tranquility.

The appliances are new and modern. The parking space is covered and spacious, in addition to having a 24-hour concierge. The view from the apartment to the mountains is beautiful. Family atmosphere, quiet and peaceful, perfect to slow down from the daily routine. The host is attentive, responds quickly to messages and offered us a treat and several tips regarding the city. I highly recommend you stay. I leave as feedback to make the environment even more perfect: provide an iron and a cold/hot air conditioner as I believe it is necessary on colder days. We had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy and perfect for spending cold days with the family. The high point of staying in this house is the chance to meet and count on Rosângela. It is the homemade and it offers a separate service and it is VERY worth it. It makes us enjoy the house even more with the support of Rosângela keeping the house always clean and organized.

Eduardo's place was absolutely fantastic! Everything and more than we expected. I booked his place for my family of 7 people to spend a couple of days to unwind after spending some time in the city and it did not disappoint. The place itself is stunning, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a short and/or long stay. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, even rain boots for the whole family! The surroundings are breathtaking! To top it off, the hosts and couple that are available to help with the house if you want just make it all that much better! We were cared for extremely well by Eduardo and his team and could not recommend this place more. Definitely a place saved on our list to return to!
