Absolutely perfect location for beach stay, surfing and belly boarding. Long waves for beginners. Rafael is a perfect host understanding that guests need lots of hooks, hangers to dry towels and swimsuits. A lovely little balcony to have morning coffee overlooking sandy beaches.

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

The five of us spent a week in Agas' house and felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably furnished, highly recommended for families. The pool was extensively used by us and we cooked in the large kitchen. It's also great that a washing machine, dryer and beach towels are available. There are several beaches, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but a car is absolutely necessary. Recommendations for beaches and other activities can be obtained from Aga. Only note: the terrace furniture is a bit outdated. The plastic sun loungers could be replaced and the wooden furniture could use a new coat of paint…. but that's really nitpicking.

Wonderful vacations We are a family of ten and we have spent 14 fantastic days in august 2024 at Joao’s family house at Salvaterra de Magos. The house is very big ( as presented in the pictures), very calm., very confortable (including excellent mattresses ) , very clean and with breathtaking views of fields mountains and birds. It is so well oriented that we did not suffer at any moment of heat . Almost no need to use the air conditioner The kitchen is big , functional and fully equipped with all necessary stuff The pool and gardens are wonderful and very well maintained as in the pictures It is close to all facilities and supermarkets and with very easy access for excursions on the Tajo river and to Lisbon area . The only inconvenient for us were the mosquitoes at the sunset . We would like to thank Joao for letting us sharing his wonderful family house , for his kindness and politeness and allowing us to have these wonderful vacations !!

This is a wonderful apartment. It is located in the good place. Nearby is the bus station and supermarkets, on the other side there is an ocean in 2 mins. Very kind and welcoming hosts, always in touch. I booked an apartment for 1 month and was very pleased with my choice. Perfect cleanliness, I have never seen such a snow-white bedding before )))) Comfortable bed. The apartment has everything necessary for a long stay. This is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, go surfing, walk along the beach and dream ))) I will definitely come back here next year!

The hosts, Kevin and his parents, are very helpful, polite and kind people. The apartment has everything mentioned in the description, but the photos do not fully reflect how spacious the apartment is and the impression you will get from having a cup of coffee from the balcony directly facing the ocean. You can actually hear and see the ocean from two rooms, one bedroom and the living room, and this is amazing when you come to get some relaxation and just to switch from your routine and work. The ocean breeze keeps the condo cool, so you do not actually need the air-conditioning. You can be at the ocean 24/7 and this is awesome There is a wide variety of cafes and restaurants nearby and they are not disturbing you in any regard, but very convenient. Underground parking place also adds up to some comfort, as your car is not heated when you get there. I would definitely recommend staying in the condo, as you will definitely have wonderful experience. Hope to come back!

We were 4 (couple, mother, 1 kid) and stayed a week and it was great. Everything is like the photos. We had luck with the weather and could enjoy the pool and barbecue. Went to Foz do Arelho, São Martinho do Porto, Peniche/Berlengas, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, Nazaré and all of this its near like 10 to 25 minutes by car. Never saw any host or neighbors and check in/out by keysafe, wich was great for us. Never eared a noise, its really calm and with great view.

We had a rental car and found the location very good for exploring the region from Lisbon to Nazare. On site there are some bars/restaurants on the beach with beautiful views of the setting evening sun. Very uncomplicated and flexible check-in/check-out, everything super organized!
