I loved the stay! Check in was flexible and the apartment is great: spacious, well decorated, with a great location and security. Since it was a business trip, it was a shame not to have stayed longer, but the next time I go to São Paulo, I hope I can stay there again!

I really liked the apartment I stayed, it was very clean and organized! Impeccable kitchen and bathroom! The very well organized and well-equipped kitchen. The bed and air conditioning were well clean, without the smell of "enclosed apartment", which shows that the host takes great care of the apartment! I would definitely stay in the same apartment again!

The whole process with the guest was fast and efficient. The apartment's location is great.

Apartment very well located, in a safe region with easy access to everything. The space was clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the stay, and the parking space was a great differentiator. Excellent cost-benefit, I'd definitely be back!

Great house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, full kitchen, full laundry, barbecue and leisure area, bed and bath linens, swimming pool and near the beach. Hosto mil note, always very helpful, responds quickly, gives clear and objective instructions, flexible chekin helped my family too much. I highly recommend the accommodation and the host Mr. Alexandre.

Simply, we love it! All as described in the description. Paulo, a sweetheart, left the check in and check out flexible, for us who were with children was great. The house is delicious, practical and cozy. Distance from the house to the beach follows a single line. Thanks, Paulo! We will be back soon.

All wonderful, my family and I love it. House is exactly like in the pictures, a charm and tasty energy. Everything very clean and fragrant. Mr. Francisco and his wife received us with great affection and attention, as well as being understanding and flexible. Great location with markets, waterfall and beach nearby. New house, wonderful, very faithful to the photos. The house is very well equipped, with new and modern appliances, quality bedding and towels, perfect to accommodate people with quality and comfort. The outdoor area of the house has a very nice space with a swimming pool and barbecue area. The condominium in which it is located is great, with a fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sports court, beach tennis court, playground and in addition to some swimming pools scattered around the condominium. The condominium also offers beach service with chairs and a sun guard.

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

The stay was great overall, we had no problems with anything, the residence exactly matched expectations and what was offered! About William, he was very receptive and attentive to what was necessary, always responded extremely quickly and adapted to make us comfortable! I 100% recommended it!

Marise was an excellent hostess, always very solicitor and polite. The house is extremely well-equipped, comfortable, faithful to the photos. For being part of a condominium, where it has the entire beach structure, we only had the concern of taking our personal belongings! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is excellent, in an amazing location very close to some of the best restaurants/nightlife in Sao Paulo, and the top-floor gym and pool are incredible. Marcello is an ideal Airbnb host, very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The building requires pre-registration and facial recognition for entrance and exit, which was new to me, and was cool to experience, but also not something I'd expected, and which also made having guests more difficult. Overall it was a great experience, and I'd happily stay there again -- muito obrigado!

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
